| From everything thats flying around, nobody knows about Sephy just yet. The three silver haird men are rumored to be Sephiroth clones, and the mysterious person under the cloth in the weelchair is rumored to be Sephiroth himself , suffering from Mako Poisoning. Or perhaps Aeris, they possibly revived for some reason to use against Cloud. |

| These threads have similar questions, and offer some general help on the subject. Read through them. "How do you edit Mario's graphics (if that is posible)?" http://board.acmlm.org/thread.php?id=2424 "How to Play Baby Mario Without a star or Yoshi." http://board.acmlm.org/thread.php?id=2551 "Need...help...with...Mario!" http://board.acmlm.org/thread.php?id=2340 I have done a few Mario replacement hacks (that I need to get back to fixing and putting back online... ) and they are fairly easy to do. The main thing to remember is, you new sprite should have enough animations to totally replace EVERY animation frame of Mario, you don't want your new character to suddenly flash back to mario for a split second, when he jumps, swims, or something. Very unprofessional. The game attatches peices to the sides of mario, and the peices aren't located right near the main mario sprites, they are near the begining, stuff like mario's hands, and feet chunks (for when mario's sprite needs to extend horizontally past his range). The cape is an example of something attatched to mario.You can skip the feather animations, for the cape, and swimming animations and get away with it by removing all cape items, and all water areas, so he wont' use them, but that's kind of a cheap way out. A little tougher to edit. |

| Emulating it might be cool, though I wish Apple would just release the darned thing on X86. If OSX or above came out for X86, I would buy it. There aren't nearly enough alternatives to Windows. |

| As of right now, no computer can run it full speed, it's been coded to run at 400 times slower than normal, so your computer specs won't affect speed, untill the next versions, and the speed cap is taken out. | |||

| Internet explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Mozilla all display my layout just fine, on this and a few other computer's I've used, Kefka. I know you don't mean to be rude, but just what browser are you using? You are the only one who has complained about it, out of the 5 or 6 people that tell me they like it. Perhaps it's a setting or something that can be fixed in your browser. If other people are experiencing problems with it, please tell me, otherwise ...it stays. (not trying to be rude myself, but this is my first layout that has worked, and made from scratch...I'm kind of proud of it... *sniff*) Back on the subject of the YI editor... If the editor is released one day, I see no reason not to post all hacking threads in the Super Mario World forum, it IS Super Mario World 2 after all. Maybe even get Acmlm or someone to change the forum name to Super Mario World 1 & 2 Hacking Forum. |

| It's no Map editor or anything of the sort, my strong points right now lie with stats. And...this is an early work in progress that I've been doing in my spare time, based on data found by Evil Peer, JLukas and myself. What was 3 seperate programs, I've combined, to make a sort of multi basic stat editor. I plan on adding pointer editing for a couple of things, and much more, but I thought I'd let you all try out what I have so far. Once I compile lists of values and such, I'll make more of the options drop-down combo boxes or list boxes instead of plain number editing...although I'm kind of torn on that, maybe I'll release two versions, on with comboboxes for easy clicking, and one where you can enter any value, not just the given ones.... | Thank you for that *washes glazed eyes out with water* , that will give me something to chew on for awhile. If I have any questions when experimenting, I'll just ask it here. I just uploaded a slightly updated version of Chrono Tweak. The only thing added is that the price and bit fields display correctly now, I added signed and unsigned integer conversions, which will help when I add in pointer editing (although I think quite a few of the pointers in CT are 3 byte pointers, but that shouldn't be too hard to do either...). http://www.angelfire.com/in3/chickenlump/ChronoTweak.zip Math was my worst subject in school, but learning programming, hex editing, and rom hacking has improved my math skills considerably.... ![]() (edited by Chickenlump on 05-27-04 01:33 AM) |

| I can rename it to Chrono Tweaker, I did like it better. The version of Crone I have doesn't have a working item editor, just enemy stats and names. Perhaps I have an outdated version? *checks* Nope, seems he never finished the item editor, or enemy tactics editing. Perhaps he lost interest? | Evil Peer suggested to me once that the name could be derived partially from your username and from the game you are editing. "Island Chaos" sounds kinda cool, or "Island Flare" or "Chaos Island" . |
