This hack burns my eyes.

Firstly, you shouldn't use 7457589439857483578934273457834785347985398758923854590289503+ noteblocks in the same level.
Secondly, you're using water and lava together... NOT good.
Third... Noteblocks in lava... O_o...
Fourth... You really need to play more other hacks. Get a grasp on how to design levels... Hell, even I have better level design...

And don't use lava and water in the same overworld.

ZSNES has a tendency to do that.

Snes9X can do this automatically for you, I think... (At least Geiger's debugger can...)

You can use Smallhacker's status bar editor.

Note that you can't change EVERYTHING, but it's pretty customizable.

Don't put coins everywhere in a level, though... And add some shading to your sprites, like The Kins showed.
