Imagine if there was a book published each year that was entirely dedicated to the acmlm board and it's members. Well since there isn't one already, with some support, I'd like to make a wire bound book It would be somewhere between 200 - 400 pages, and it would cost money; the price would be determined by the amount of pages it would be, I'm guessing it'd cost between $25 - $30 to purchase. Here's what the book would contain....(other idea's added to this list would be great) -1 page dedicated to each member (members would have design their own page using pdf format and submit it themselves, otherwise they would not get a page in book) -A few pages to telling about acmlm and staff -A few pages about the site and the history of acmlm board -Pages on events that happen thru out the year 2004 -Events -A few pages with top ten's -A complete memberlist, and the ranks, posts, position and registration date of each of the members -And any other idea's that'd work out The pages would be 8 x 11 most likely, all black and white pages except the cover would be in color. Anyone who thinks it'd be a good idea, and would be willing to pay for this book, please let me know. Also, anyone willing to help out, also please let me know. |

I know that's somethin most people here don't have, but has anyone paid money for a Game Maker? Here's an interesting program called 3D Game Studio for anyone who's serious about game creation. http://conitec.net/a4info.htm |

Anyone know of any cartoon or 3D animation movie makers? I'm just really curious of finding one, the only one I know of is Microsoft 3D Movie Maker, and that you have to buy at a store and it's very limited on what you can do. PS-This may not be the right forum to post this, but I didn't know where else to put it; Sorry |

Having Gay marriage in Fable is a really bad idea. Think about this intellectually. Chances are, many younger kids are gonna be playing this game, and alot of little kids don't think of dating and that stuff, so their not gonna be all flirty with the girls in the game, but instead might talk with the guys more and be friendly with them in the game. Now that could result in the kids character becoming gay and getting married to a guy, and that kid may see things he shouldn't see, and that may have an impact on the way the kid views relationships later in life, possibly resulting in the poor kid to become gay. Now whether you find being gay fascinating or not, you should understand what I mean. (edited by Davideo7 on 07-03-04 04:21 AM) |

Do you honestly think kids don't play M rated games? Kids always find a way to get there hands on what they want, whether it be from begging their parents, borrowing from an older friend, or using it from a brother or sister; kids will end up playing this game. I think it's all a matter of which one has the longest battery life. Simply just look at the history of handhelds; the old Game Boy defeated handhelds that were WAY better than it, but since the Game Boys battery life was incredible, it defeated handhelds such as Game Gear (required 6 AA batteries which only lasted about 2 hours) and atari lynx because their battery lifes didn't last long. Yeah, I realize Game Boy had alot of good games and a huge collection, but I'm sure it would have never made it anywhere if it's battery life lasted less than 2 - 3 hours. Profound mental retardation (MR) below 20 or 25 Severe MR 20-25 to 35-40 Moderate MR 35-40 to 50-55 Mild MR 50-55 to about 70 Borderline 70-79 Dull normal 80 to 90 Normal 90 to 110 Bright normal 110 to 120 Superior 120 to 130 Very superior 130 and above A chart on another site. I've seen alot of websites that say that Einstein had an IQ of only 160. Also, the book of IQs of famous people, all there scores ranged from 140 - 180. Anyways, obviously the only accurate way to get an IQ test calculated is by going to a professional and having it professionally done. But this IQ test is fairly accurate; if you score a high number, you obviously have a high IQ; if you score a low number, you obviously have a low IQ. (edited by Davideo7 on 07-07-04 03:33 PM) |

Originally posted by mrmenz IQ tests do not necessarily determine how smart a person is, it pretty much determines other stuff, not sure what though I don't know much about the meaning of IQ, but I know alot of kids in highschool that get A's usually can score lower than others....or maybe i got that backwards, I dont know. But I know most kids that are A students are smart because they can memorize stuff; people who score high on IQ tests usually do so because they have the ability to figure things out or are very analytical.
