There are several filler items you can use to make your own, but you'll need to know certain pointers, and I can't help you there.

I made my own items before though. It can be done, even though my Hentai Magazine was always of the "there's a time and place for everything" kind.

Even though you were right to assume MIDI, I'm afraid you're boned. There's only one way to convert MIDI to Sappy data, and that's through an official Nintendo tool we can't just give you. Plus, it requires a lot of hand-hacking. Plus, the instruments will be wrong.

It's a tool that can rip most (if not close to all) instrument samples from any GBA game that uses the Sappy music engine.

* Detects the song table location itself - no need for databases, and you get more than enough time to write it down for Bouch

Jezus, Impy. Sommige dingen hoor je gewoon niet te vertalen. "A Link to the Past" is daar een goed voorbeeld van. "Een link met het verleden"... YECCH!
