Actually, you don't need Thingy at all. A palette-aware paint program and Unlz-GBA should suffice, unless you want to rearrange the words like I did.

Yes, the GFX offset is decimal, for PokePic's sake.

Looking VERY kickass. It wasn't that intrigueing when Marle opened the curtains and stuff, but did I ever go HEY when she started shouting. Things quickly went downhill and I ended up soiling myself.

My problem exactly. Bouche once did it exactly like you did.

I once got halfway through. Ended up with a black Pikachu in the intro. There are pointers near the start of the rom you can change, but for some reason I always end up with a black Pikachu...

Yup. You'll need some tilemap editor as swell. I made one, it'll be in EM 3.5, but it's DOS based so don't be scared... yet!
