First of all. Slow down. Romhacking requires patience. Almost all the stuff you listed would take a good deal of time. If you want to do all that I suggest you learn ASM as soon as possible (and don't make gobs of threads here asking about every little question).

It looks like this will probably get moved to the Super Mario World hacking forum, so I'll just mention that Lunar Magic can be used for just about anything you'd want to do in SMW, as far as level hacking, and overworld is concerned (and many other things). All the other stuff comes down to hex editing stuff not covered by LM, and/or learning ASM to fill in the gaps. If you're asking about overworlds of other games besides SMW, you'll need to be specific.

Why do I get the feeling this is Napoleon Dynamite inspired?... *looks at Legion's custom title* Yeah probably

Anyways, for drinking I prefer 1%. Especially if it's going in cereal I'd rather not use 2% because the it gets too nasty with sugar and other stuff from the cereal mixing in with it. But skim milk is too thin, it just tastes like white water, so I find that 1% is just right.

Oddly enough I used 2% for the first 19 years of my life.

BTW, a buddy of mine pointed out the other day that the brand of Vitamin D milk he bought was pretty much the same as whole milk, in terms of fat. But back in the day, when I was growing up I looked at that kind of milk and it looked like 2%. What gives?

why is it that disgusting things converge upon you, assaulting your senses?

I woke up today in the late afternoon, and as soon as I figured out I was sick, I went downstairs and saw that my sister was watching Fear Factor. I got out some frosted mini wheats, hoping that my nausea was hunger induced. As I sat and tried to eat them, I noticed that the people on Fear Factor were eating a milshake made of maggots, grubs, an various other nasties. I told my sister to turn the volume down and I tried to eat my miniwheats... Wasn't happening after that.

I then get up and decide to make some green tea. I grab a pot out from below our stove, and discover it has a cylindrical shape of a dark hue, about 4mm long. Mouse turd? Can't win, can I?

So my sister goes on the computer and I try to find something nonsickening to watch as I lay down. Shouldn't be hard right? So I start watching this dating show, and before long the guy tells his blind date that he can eat 7 sticks of butter. They cut to a scene of him coming in dressed like a German Octoberfest weirdo, and they sit down to eat at a fairly snazzy restaurant. The girl promptly orders 8 sticks of butter. *Channel change*...

Oy, what day. There's more but I'm too groggy to remember it all.

But getting paid to spam an internet board? I'd do that if there was good money in it. But not to this board, of course.

I'm usually pretty upbeat in my outlook. But I remember when I was about 18 I had some problems with some of my relationships with my friends, it felt like a very, very dark time. I would get off work and just sit and stare at a wall for hours because I just couldn't think of what to do... If you've had a spat with your bf, two things can heal that: time and apologies. But apologies are far more effective, even if you have to hurt your own pride. And as far as job opportunities go, just keep looking. Opportunity strikes eventually. Dark times pass sooner or later, you just have to be patient. I know that it's harder when you're emotionally upset.

P.S.: I've worked at Burger King as a cashier. It was an easy job, and it was also not a bad job. Any other job there though...

If there's any job I'd recommend not to get, it'd be telemarketing. For one, over time you feel worse and worse about what you do. Second, you'll meet weird people who actually need that kind of money to survive (drug addicts) but they might not tell you that until they're already your friends and all of a sudden begin to ruin your life by stealing from you. Also, any place that hires you in under 30 minutes from when you show up to apply is fishy. Telemarketers, pyramid schemes, and other quasi businesses do stuff of this sort, because all they need is a warm body to do the job.

I don't think I"m gonna place on here for a long time. My interest in the board has tumbled to almost zero lately. Wait till school starts up. Then I'll need a distraction.

Have it say "The last metroid is in captivity, the galaxy is at peace." when it opens up. I think I'd be laughing too hard to beat it. Thus making it a challenge.

When I was growing up I don't think we even had M rated games on the mainstream market. Maybe towards the very end. I think Doom for Snes had an M rating... The game ratings system was just being created at that time. Either way, I wonder if they still have those black market games where you do things that actually are pretty despicable. Like Jewkiller or Serial Rapist.

It's kind of a screwy Catch 22. The point of the designated driver is to keep drunkards from driving. But the DD couldn't have let the 21 year old drive b/c he was drunk. If the 21 year old would have been driving, the 20 year old would have been fine. The way that laws works is whoever is driving is the possessor. Then again, he also could have saved his ass by not allowing the search I guess...
