Does anyone say it like "uh-coom-loom" where both "oo"s are as in "book"?

Man, am I the only one who only looks at one thing at a time? Or are all those windows made small to accentuate how many programs you have running?

Um, no... Most languages are SOV or SVO (other orderings are rare)

S = subject
V = verb
O = object

Even these designations are dubious considering the amount of scrambling that can occur in most languages. If anything English tends to have a more rigid syntax than some languages, making it less F-d up. Take Latin or Japanese for example, you shift noun phrases and and adverbials all over the place. But in general, Syntax is a complicated subject for any language, it's just that the complexity may lie in different areas.

It wasn't funny in particular. I think any humor that could be gleaned from a sprite movie on newgrounds was gone after Link's Quest for Ass 2 premiered.

But, I haven't really been impressed by a sprite movie's action in some time. I have to say I kind of like it. Me, the jaded NG viewer...

ha ha. That reminds me of some of the very polite Japanese expressions I spotted in my textbook when I was still taking it.

They'd be these long phrases meant to say something like "please come in," except they literally translate to "I thank you for allowing me to be trampled and spat upon as you desecrate my house and deflower my children."

I'm exaggerating, but not by much I think.

ASM is not a programming language, it's raw machine code. also called Machine Language, because it's meant to be parsed by machines.

ASM is an abbreviation for ASseMbly Language, as far as I know. Assembly Language is a way to write programs that generate machine code almost exactly matches the Assembly Language, except ASM uses human readable labels.

for example, ASM uses variable names and location names as well as mnemonics(sp?) rather than byte commands:

LDA #10 (LDA is an example of a mnemonic)
JMP do_first

do_second:

STA palette_index, X
INC X
CLC
ADC #10

do_first: (assume an address of $8050)

CMP #80

BEQ exit_loop
BRA do_second

exit_loop:
// etc. etc.

Whereas the machine language would look like this in a hex editor:

A9 10 4C 50 80 95 00 E8 18 69 10 C9 80 F0 02 80 F4

notice that it is much harder to read, if you can read it at all.

Some of the responses are accurate for me, but I'm thinking it's all psychological guesswork on the part of those who created the chain letter.

-Many of these are horribly innacurate:

-My Lucky Star is John Malvo? I don't think so.

-The person I care most for is certainly not Jean Luc Picard

-And the first too songs didn't match up at all.

You've saved me the time of actually watching the exorcist. (After all these years I've never watched it. Seen lots of clips though.)

it's kind of like those contests where you have to kiss a car for 3 days to win it. Except it's a lot longer.

I've contemplated how long it would take me to be a high karma user on Gamefaqs. That's quite a long time (200 versus 1900 atm)

O_o....

I'm speechless. Anyways, I think SoM's enemies are a bit too silly and cartoonish. CT's are more finely detailed.

And as a side note I probably like the rank I'm about to get with this post. (shyguys are really cool and SMB2 is awesome.)
