dis is swet. j/k. Amazes me that all this is still in the rom. with a debuggin mode I thought some of the gameplay would be less glitchy. (SoE is the only rom actual game to have ever crashed my SNES )

From the extremist perspective, aren't we the extreme ones? XD Or do they declare jihad on normalism?

Oh well, semantics I suppose.

War on Terror is better. It sounds like the sequel to Army of Darkness or something.

I would like to psychoanalyze captured Al-Quaeda operatives some day. I wonder if they're all insane or whatnot. Is it possible to a group of insane people to be that calculating and patient? I'm just wondering if they're just full of religious zeal or if they're actually classifiable as sociopaths or whatnot. The middle eastern serial killers maybe.

Yeah, I read those. Asshole deserves a ban if you ask me. Anybody else who acted that way would usually already have one by now. "IF YOU CODE IN ASM YOUR A MORON"

While I think it's a rather trivial and outright closeminded to want to edit someone else's art work to suit your sensibilities, he's within his rights to do so. Making fun is pretty counterproductive at this point.

keep that in mind, cause this is something no snes doc out there will teach you!

Is that a general rule or is that configurable? And will that affect the tiles of layers I apply cgadsub to? As you may have noticed, the rain in Zelda 3 simulates lightning by writing to $9A, to "brigthen" the screen but of course brightening the screen makes that layer totally invisible anyways, and makes the screen "bright again", even though the only thing that has happened is that layer has become totally transparent.

I understand how all that works, but since I don't hack SMW I was just showing you why I cared. All I was asking was whether tiles in a layer (not the obj layer) had to have a specific palette to have cgadsub applied to them.

RedScarlet (or S. Metroid speed running fame) asked me to do some hacking of this a while back but I didn't find anything terribly useful. She wanted to know how how enemy stats, like damage, HP, attack, etc. were stored. I just didn't have time back then to work on it that extensively, though it seemed like a fun diversion.

Or rather, there isn't a program to do this, and you will need to make one. Sorry but that's the way it goes.

No dude. Je NE sais pas. Je sais et je NE sais pas.

I'm born French And I'm good at english too, well, I think I am I always loved languages.

Well I'm not a native, but I've heard this "fact" so much in movies straight from France, and from years of interacting with French natives, but yeah I'm sure not everyone does it. Different people will have different levels of formality and annunciation in their speech. Were you born in France or were you born in Canada, b/c your profile says you're from Canada. I'm not assuming to know about Canadian dialects.

The older you get, the more you forget irrelevant information. I find it has more to do with how I memorized the information. I lived about 8 years in one place, and still remember the address and phone number there. But I also lived another place after that for 2 years. I can remember the last four digits of the phone number but no address information. And the only reason I can remember those four digits was b/c it was when I moved there (0894) August 1994. And of course I still remember my college addresses but only the most recent phone number b/c I moved three times :o.

Getting it to this site... as in uploading it to Acmlm's? We don't generally do that.

If you want to link to it in this thread just use the URL tags. You said it was already up on your website, so it shouldn't be a problem.
