| Frankly, I still don't think I'd call what happened "corruption". I'd call it "confusion" and "lack of communication". It's a big job running this place, and it's not any easier if things aren't communicated to others.....  |

Well, I didn't say it was good, I just said I don't think it was corruption.  The way you guys talk, the staff are all trying to screw everybody over on purpose, and I honestly don't think that's the case.What happened did suck though, you are right about that. |

Although really I don't think I care too much any way what happens regarding staff, as long as the board itself is running and people are posting  What's happening (or not happening, or whatever) with staff shouldn't be the focus of the board  |

My boyfriend has a tablet PC and they are fun to draw in  What program did you use? I recommend something like Alias Sketchbook or Open Canvas for sketching with a tablet Anyways, Kirby is cute, and I assumed he was holding a stylus, considering you're talking about tablets |

Well, I guess if there's the mildest possibility that a ban may be unfair, it's probably fair that they have a chance to speak their case. |
But I certainly see your point too, and yes, a permaban should be permanent. I could not agree with that sentiment more actually. Considering a Ban is *the* definitive punishment the staff on a forum can dish out, I think it has to be taken as seriously as possible, right down to users having a right of protest if it's unfair, but if it's not unfair that that punishment be followed through completely.

Personally, I think that the option of temporary bans needs to be given more thought, and permabans left for the absolute worst offenders (and be permanent). |
If I were given the choice (and frankly I'd prefer not to be) I'd save only permabans for the absolute worst spammers, lamers, flamers, etc. I just think that there should be some consistency really, but that's easier said than done on a large board with a large staff. (restricted) |

I used to manage it with medication, but I don't think the medication helped, in fact it just made me numb. I've been feeling a lot better lately. (restricted) |
