I like the PowerPuff Girls, but they don't really seem to have it on TV at adult-friendly times (ie, when I am awake and not at work)  Maybe they have it on DVD or something somewhere. |

 I hate it, hate hate hate it! It was drawn sometime probably 1999!! I remember that I was reading a book about drawing female manga characters and trying to learn from it. This is the first pic I ever colored on my PC too. I haven't done a FULL updated version of it, but I've just been re-doodling the outline here now whilst waiting to go home from work.  I seem to have more waist evilness in the first pic. Why, oh WHY did I seem to think that women's waists came in like the middle of hourglasses!?!  WHY DID I THINK THAT LENSFLARE AND CLOUDS WERE A GOOD BACKGROUND!!! AIIIEEEE! DIE DIE DIE

I'll offer a word of advice -- shop around, and shop around GOOD for a domain registrar. |
Some domain registrars have been known to steal domains, allow them to be stolen easily by others, etc. Make sure you pick a good domain registrar! I've had a domain stolen from me before, and there's fuck all I was able to do about it... I go with directNIC who aren't all that bad, but probably not the cheapest either. I've been with them for over two years, and haven't had any problems.

This is a fucking joke! That's nearly $2 US (the US pays 99 cents for the same fucken song). Still, stoked that the iTMS is coming to Aus. Hopefully this means I will be able to legally *cough* get those obscure songs that my step-father* wants for him though. It'll be good to just purchase a song and be supporting an artist I like.  There are tons of artists that I'd just want one or two songs, rather than the whole thing.But still, the price hike is unnecessary. Anybody use the iTMS in your countries? I know it's available in the US and UK, but not sure where else... * note, step-father not technically step-father but just calling him that anyways cause it's shorter than "Mum's long term partner"

I have had a look at iTunes Music Store a little before, but I noticed I can't buy anything yet. I'm definitely looking forward to being able to, there were a few obscure tracks I found that I want, but can't get anywhere else

Still, the warning's there so those who are easily offended by catgirls can avoid it or whatever. (Seeing as how there are some people here who don't like them and all). Now for the pic  Click on it to see it bigger... And of course the comparison picture between old and new. The old one was more or less thrown together, not really a "complete" picture as much as it was a colored sketch. I tried to actually make a more polished picture out of it. As with my other redraw, I did soften a lot of lines and make her more feminine and curvy. I tried a few experimental things here that I'm not sure if I got right, but I like the general effect anyways. I did the coloring as normal, then tried to also do the secondary light source of the light coming off the moon (the yellowish highlights on the character) as well. I like the effect I got, even though I'm not sure if I have it all right, I still think I got it right enough to convey the general idea. I also did nighttime cloudy things, which I like The first picture's cuter, but I think I definitely like the second better at the moment

Lens flare only sucks because it is too frequently misused and when misused... it looks cheap and tacky. Like the original picture there. |
It's become a great Photoshop cliche... good ole lens flare. I still love lens flare, I just very very seldom use it.

Yeah, I just put it up on DA. I just noticed Chalo's note on my page too, and then I went and took Kate off to put the Catgirl up in the featured spot! Poor Chalo... I'll make it up to him (might draw an adult Kate sometime) And is anybody else finding deviantART to be a real... fucken... POG ( x between a pig and a dog) right now? As for your point on people getting uppity about catgirl stuff, I agree Fyxe, but I do still like to put the warning just in case. Plus "May contain traces of catgirl" makes me giggle It's a pity I don't get the chance to draw more, this pic was done over three nights, in between cooking, cleaning, excercising, commuting, calling my brother a prat, etc.

I had a filling when I was little, but I don't remember much about it except that it took forever (I was eight though, five minutes back then was forever too, and an hour was the longest time ever) |
It was in one of my baby teeth though so I don't have the filling anymore. No fillings at all now I just have a retaining wire behind my front teeth that drives me nuts.

I don't brush as much as I should (meaning at least twice daily) but I do brush regularly. I tend to brush in the evening more though as I am always stuck for time in the mornings, and wind up not having time. Thankfully, I don't have bad breath often in the morning except on the mornings after nights I've been drinking... |
