My mum would love a portable photo album. She shows off her photos at any chance she has, now that she has a digital camera she's ALWAYS getting new photos to show people too.....

She'd LOVE an iPod photo, she'd be showing everybody her happy snaps.

Well, I'm 24 now, and I still have not had Wisdom Teeth removed.

I have very very occasional mild discomfort at the back of my mouth, but I don't know if that's wisdom teeth or not.

I think my Wisdom Teeth are meant to have already tried to grow in, but if they have, I've been oblivious to it...

It was hard to explain anything to this guy.

Every time I couldn't do something (stupid) that he wanted due to standards, or web fonts, or image filesizes too, it was that I was "unprofessional" or "incompetent" too. My flat out refusal to put a 500x500 animated gif on the page was met with the response "Why not? I thought you were a professional, this is professional stuff! Maybe you don't have the right tools for the job or something..."

Actually, thinking about this makes me angry.

I read about this on Slashdot this morning, it's pretty saddening.

As for the first GUI, it wasn't Apple that developed it -- you are correct in mentioning Xerox I think.... But as with most things that Apple do, I believe they took that idea and built upon it and built a very accessible and easy to use GUI that... well, let's face it, people fell in love with, and opened up the possibilities of using a Graphical interface rather than a Command Line one.

As for his passing, I'm glad that he died in his sleep, it could've been a lot worse, as I heard that it was cancer. It's heartening to hear that he went peacefully.

I shall solemnly raise a glass this evening to this guy.

Well, out of those I definitely like the Mars Bar the best, but to tell the truth when I want chocolate more often than not I go to "Haighs", which is a little chocolate shop around here that makes absolutely superb chocolate.

They sell very little chocolate in bar form though. But the chocolate from there is absolutely gorgeous. The only other chocolate I like that much is Lindt or Guylian....

I don't know what most of those are!

In fact, I know what very very few of those are.... Course, I also don't know what a few of the ones in the poll are either. *wonders vaguely if there's less variety of chocolate in Australia*

Well, it's very very pink.

I can't read Japanese either, so I can't tell you what that symbol says.

I like it, there's not much that I can really critique either way with this. Does seem awfully pink to me, not much breaking up the color... the blue at the side seems funny as a result, but that's all.

Eh, sure... but it's boring.

Monday through Friday
  • Get up at 6.50am
  • Shower and brush teeth
  • Get dressed, brush hair, etc
  • Put percolator on while chasing up bits and pieces
  • Drink coffee, grab iPod, walk out door at 7.22am
  • Walk to bus stop, catch bus at 7.30
  • Try very hard not to sleep on bus. iPod helps with this a LOT. Play music so loudly all of bus can hear it.
  • Arrive in city, shuffle to work, clock in and sign on phones at 8.30
  • work....till 4.30
  • Go to supermarket, buy something edible/important/chocolatey
  • Catch bus, more iPod.
  • Arrive home ten to 6
  • Put off cooking dinner. Watch the Simpsons
  • Cook dinner, eat it. Put off doing the dishes
  • Computer, other stuff... should use this time for exercise, will soon.
  • Dishes, then bed, usually around 11pm

Weekends
  • sleep

Yeah, that was my understanding of it too.

Although I guess people like to refer to software companies "stealing" things. More fun or something.

I don't have any guns, and to tell the truth I'm quite glad that neither I nor my neigbours and everybody else has the damned things too.

I have kitchen knives. I have a rolling pin. I have things like that. But I have no "weapons" per se, I just have items that could be used as weapons.

Eh, I exaggerate, but I do play loud enough for the person next to me to hear with my headphones on. It blocks out the sounds of traffic.

I like Cookies and Cream, but I do find it a touch too sweet for me a lot of the time. I can only handle a little bit of white chocolate... I absolutely LOVE it, but it makes me sick if I eat much of it at all.

White Chocolate is also the worst for you or something too, as I recall, with all the milk and fat in it, compared with say, Dark Chocolate...

But yes, I love the white chocolate.

I wouldn't know where to even find one in my house, although I know I do have some, somewhere in my "big box of crap".
