| I must have pretty plain tastes, but I like things that are creamy. Or cheesy. Or meaty. Bacon Carbonara pasta with lots of parmesan cheese on top is one of my many ideas of heaven Course, that stuff is very cream / egg / bacon based, and I don't think those more delicate flavors go well with hot stuff. I know actually, cause somebody put chilli on carbonara once, and it just destroyed the carbonara! And I've just found out I'm having leftover Jambalaya for the next few days for all meals. |

| LOL. Eh, I don't think my typing is that bad, is it? I try to be fairly coherent and I haven't had all that much to drink anyways. Course, I've noticed in general that I'm getting less fussy with my typing now, but I still try to make my stuff at least READABLE. Mostly....As for Strong Mad, I got the guys I live with into Homestarrunner and now the recent Strong Mad e-mail has become a bit of a meme here. We've all joked about Garbeldina and also "I CAN BE THE QUIETEST MOUSE!! I LIVE IN THE QUIETEST HOUSE!!" Hehe, I had an audience the next time I checked Strong Bad's e-mails... |

| I don't like IE, but I don't believe that you should block access to a site from IE either. I believe that a good web designer builds their site for all browsers. They can put a "this page designed and tested in {browser}" thing, that I don't mind, (perhaps enough of these will convince other users to try Opera/Firefox/Mozilla/etc/etc/etc) but I would never block access or design a site to the standards of one particular browser. |

| Hm... I used to like my steak "well done" too, but I seem to like it more medium now. I like it to be juicy, only *just* a little pink on the inside. I never used to eat seafood either, but I've now developed a taste for prawns, squid, and fish. Nothing like oysters though. Oysters are gross! |

| With the so-called Browser Wars being back (the fact that the question 'Are the Browser Wars Back?" is asked weekly on Slashdot is reason enough for me to just say, the hell with it, they are..), frankly I'm not surprised that we're seeing more and more of this. And there are a number of ways to block pages, but Java is not one of them, as FreeDOS mentioned. However, Java is frequently confused with JavaScript, the only similarity they really have is name, and that's it. When I finish my page redesign/redevelopment, I will include a note at the bottom of it that reads:

| Suicide is a PERMANENT solution to a TEMPORARY problem If you are suffering emotionally, it is TEMPORARY. I don't care if its long-term temporary, it's still not forever. I'm a diagnosed depressive, I've been depressed for 2 years, but I know that this is a TEMPORARY complaint and that Suicide would PERMANENTLY solve it and deny me any chance to have any happiness at all ever. |

| Wow... very interesting anime. Has anybody else seen Kai Doh Maru ? It's by Production IG, the guys who did the animation in Kill Bill Vol. 1 and Blood: The Last Vampire and it's pretty interesting. Course, I think I shall have to watch it again, as I didn't quite understand everything, but the animation is gorgeous, as is most Production IG stuff... Anybody else seen it? Your thoughts? |
