rofl.... Bill Cosby is funny. It's just that I don't think I'm laughing with him....

I have no cavities I don't know how I have no cavities, but my teeth are fine

I had one in one of my baby teeth, but it was pulled out later to make room for new teeth and stuff when I was having braces/orthodontics.

(apologies, I'm wayyyy too tired to be responding to this right now)

Well Leg.... you and I may not always have gotten along. You've run roughshod of my feelings at times, and from what you've said I've run roughshod of yours. That happens. For whatever it's worth, no hard feelings from me either.

I do have to admit, I'm a little cynical about you leaving though, Leg.

I don't doubt at all that you mean what you say... but you've been here a long time, and for better or worse, I think it's fairly safe to say that you feel strongly about this place. Because of that, I think you'll find it hard to simply leave. You might be stronger-willed than I; but I find it's no easy task to leave in anger.

I reckon a good break is in order though So have a good one. If I were you, I'd go get a beer.

Well, I've recently gotten a car (again) and have returned to driving. I like driving, but I've remembered recently how much I dislike other drivers on the road.

I can't believe how many people on the roads do things like speed, run red lights, don't stop at stop signs, and my favorite pet peeve - fail to indicate -- particularly when they do this and then change lanes erratically, causing other people on the road to have to brake suddenly to avoid collisions and such.

I also hate reversing, but that's not to do with other drivers on the road, it's just that I've not gotten the hang of it again.

For those of you who drive, what annoys you on the roads?

EDIT: Another one I just thought of! TAILGATING! ARGH!!!

Right....

Well, as far as I know with the breathing and stuff, it's identical -- or near enough to identical. So I don't see any reason why men should snore more than women -- however something like 60% of men snore, and only 30% of women do... weird.

Well, it's not a matter of "admitting to" it -- it's usually other people that notice you snoring, not you....

She said in a PM like a month ago that she wanted an apology. I refused because at the time I hadn't done anything. Now, obviously, I have done stuff, and I am saying sorry for it. Mods, admins, users, you, her all told me that an apology would fix things fairly well. So I did. Looks to me like its okay, but you insist on messing things up.

Looks like an apology was the wrong way to go and I should just keep createing accounts and flaming? hmm I guess thats what you want because you can't seem to accept my apology. You say it's not sincere, how do you suggest I make it more sincere then.

I just think you need to apologise to Danielle... one-on-one. That, to me, comes across more sincere.

@YD: Ummm, hello. I have said twice that she hasn't posted yet here, and thats why I don't want it closed. I want to see what she thinks before contacting her. Both you and I know how her and I get along.

@Tarale: Like I said I would like her to post here before contacting her. If she doesn't want to acept this public apology, then it wouldn't make any sense to apologize to her one on one. If she does post here, and accepts, then of corse I would PM her.

I think you should be doing both -- public and private apologies. Personally, I would've done it the other way around -- apologise privately, and *then* publically if I needed to...

I don't understand why you're pushing the public apology thing. The only good I can see coming from doing it publically is that you intend to use the public nature of this to apply pressure on Danielle to accept your apology.

I'm not jumping to conclusions -- I'm saying that that's how it's coming across.

I just think you'd do well to be a little more considerate of Danielle's feelings with this, considering that you want her to accept your apology. Whether it is your intention or not, the fact that this has been a public apology means that there is public pressure on Danielle to respond and accept your apology.

lol, yes, I've heard of the iPod Video.... there's been "leaked' photos of one, which I find hilarious -- in the photo, it's quite obviously booting Windows CE. In fact, it looks like a doctored photo of a Toshiba PDA.

As with every Apple rumor, I only believe it when I see it on the Apple website.

Just something out of curiosity...

What do you prefer to use? Multivoting available, for those of you with multiple preferences

(I figure Modern Art doesn't always have to be about showing off art, it can also be a place to discuss art, and art-related matters

Tell us what you like to use when expressing yourself creatively I've tried to add lots of options, but please elaborate if you need to / if the options don't cover it well enough

As for me.... well, I tend to like
* Graphite pencils
* Derwent colored pencils
* Ballpoint pen
* Digital bitmap based media -- in particular Painter and openCanvas
* Photography (digital)
* Music -- I mess around on my Piano from time to time.

I don't know either. I gave up trying to work it out so I just went to read manga online instead.

My head hurts.

I've already had one paracetamol tablet, and I've been drinking plenty of water. I have a sore throat too, so I'm wondering if I'm coming down with something. But thanks for the suggestions

You people are teh weird.

I'm assuming a "freeze pop" is some kind of frozen confectionary, btw? (damn you people and your discussion of trademarked foodstuffs all the time) If your'e discussing the kind that come in the long plastic tubes, I like the bubblegum Zooper Dooper ones.

It's essentially a tube sealed on both ends full of flavored water.

It's then frozen. They're suprisingly good.

You can make fake ones by using an ice tray, though it's not quite as good

I miss the ones they sold that had vodka in them. They were banned very quickly as they thought that they were being marketed at children.

Big meanies, taking away my frozen alcohol lollies.
