| I can't think of anything funny at the moment, but I can relate to the alarm thing in the morning, HyperHacker. I set two alarms (my clock radio and my mobile phone). I have to put my mobile phone away from my bed so I have to actually *get up* to stop it beeping too, or I turn both alarms off without waking (or at least, without consciously being aware of waking) and then sleep in.... |

I highly recommend Battlefield (1942 / Vietnam / 2) as a FPS series. I worked out how to become the commander in Battlefield 2, it's sweet

But that does remind me of something weird. For around six months or so, every day at around 2pm, I'd hiccup. Just once. No more hiccups, just ONE hiccup in the afternoon. Hasn't happened for a while.

The runner down the hallway at home is a constant source of near-tripping over accidents. |
It's very easy to just catch your foot on it and have it all bunch up under your feet. Course, I've not actually tripped over it yet. I fell down the completely uncarpeted stairs nearby instead one morning though and woke up my housemates (neither of which came to my aid, they just went back to sleep).

Yeah, I'll get a loan eventually but I have to clear my credit rating first, it has nearly $1000 of defaults on it, so I can't get a loan now... |
Once it's cleared, I should be fine with getting a loan, and I'm considering getting a brand new car. Maybe an Impreza....

I'm frequently amazed at how much dust my work desk seems to accumlate, and how quickly it does it. I find myself cleaning this desk frequently, as it all shows against the white of my desk... Generally there are a few things that I won't touch though as far as cleaning. Something about wet paper really really grosses me out. It makes me gag. So other people generally have to clean that for me, people less likely to throw up....
