Certain version of SMB, especially, Disk System, has W -1, -2 and -3.
-1 looks like W7-2 in the water.
-2 looks like W2-3.
-3 looks like W4-4 in the undergound (blue blocks) and no bowser.

Maybe, Japanese version only.

I play hacks with my keyboard, thus I've never play on 2P side.

As SMB Lost Level, instead of 2P play, it is better one can choose to use Mario or Luigi.
