| I stumbled across your forums whilst browsing the web for possible places to Sim Battle. I haven't seen many worthy places, but I noticed that your site has a remarkable number of people posting there, AND most of them seem intelligent. Out of every musical artist, whether they be dead or alive, whether they be death metal or classical piano music, Nobuo Uematsu blows them clear out of the water. | Alright, I may be new to these forums, but I'm not new to the concept of a Sim Battle. However, I do wish to ask permission if I may use my own set of rules for my own battles, with whoever happens to be fighting me's permission of course. I just despise the conventional, "I attack you" "lol, too bad, I dodge" tactics. I find that I can be more descriptive, persausive, and an overall better writer and challenge when I can physical assault my opponent with a verbal sword strike. Please consider my request, and I'll even show you my rules. I can also show you many battles I've been in, to show, that I live up to my rules, that I'm not a cheap fighter, and that I do actually know what I'm doing. Oh, and if someone asked this before me, sorry, I just didn't want to read through the whole thread looking for it. |

| I wish to test out this concept of...non-hitting battles for a moment, and I require...well...a guinea pig to aid me. My character is already posted, and I wish to take the first attack, so that I may see what kind of people I'm working with here. Please make the arena somewhat interesting, and I'll be waiting. | The first season of Digimon was the only good one. Nuff' said. However, I adored the Digimon movie. Something about it just kept me so attached I couldn't help myself. I really wish I could find the DVD so I could buy it and watch it 24/7, perferably in Dual Region 3, but it doesn't really matter. What really got me though, was the artwork they did for the movie; if they did more animes in that style then I'm sure even more people would be into anime. Anyway, I did enjoy the movie, and it really helped bring season one to a close for me. I felt complete after it, especially after seeing the rest of the seasons, they were horrid. |

| I didn't bother to read the other posts. This movie is going to be horrible. First off, the Rock sucks. Period. Second off, there will be no demons. At all. WTF mate? Third and lastly, video games made into movies suck. We all got that covered? Good. |

| Mario Party will end when Mario realizes he's above 21, everyone gets drunk, then Mario dies because he's overweight and has a bad liver. It'll be called, Mario Party 21. But seriously, this series is never going to die until people STOP BUYING THE GAMES. I mean, people buy them and then go, "Wait, this sucks" and then never do anything about it. If we stopped buying the games, maybe they wouldn't make them anymore. |

| My media player has recently decided that it wants to highlight random songs in white, and it makes it rather difficult to read songs. I mean, I have an iPod so I use iTunes now, but I liked using Media Player still. So, can anyone offer any help? | I know this is outdated, but I just want to throw my two cents in about the teleportation and special abilities. No character should be able to use any special abilities such as teleporation, flying, SUPER DEATH HEAT RAY VISION...etc. Stuff like that, without a reason, you know? Someone can't just go and make a 13-year-old boy and say, "OMG, he can fly, cause he can". Stuff like that is just ridiculous. If someone's character has a special ability, they should have a decent/detailed reason behind why they can use that. If I repeated what anyone said, sorry, too much reading for my nighttime ADD. EDIT: I forgot about Ultimate/Super/etc. attacks. I believe these should only be used near the end of a battle, when someone is in the clear for a win, when the battle has gone on for so long that one of the characters has to be weak enough to be defeated.
