2) Dad's place, Alberta. My GOD. I have never seen so much spyware in my life. This thing must be like a testing ground for it. 2.5ghz, 512MB RAM, and lags running the Starfield screen saver in WinXP.  (Home Edition. Bleah.) CPU usage is steady at 100% every 10 seconds (keeps jumping up and down), I'm amazed it doesn't catch fire. I refuse to even type my password with the keyboard, on-screen keyboard to the rescue. It's not as bad as last year though. They got cable or something (doesn't use a phone line, good enough ) and the kids aren't around as much, so I'm more free to go online. About last time: It was one of those terminal kind of things, where each key on the keyboard is a button, all separated about 1cm, so it's way hard to type. Plus, I only had 2 minutes left. I don't even know my real password, only an encrypted version. It's a simple encryption, I can do it with a scientific calculator - but there wasn't one, so I had to look up a Javascript one. Then of course, I had to write it down since you can't open multiple windows; I ended up using a Gameboy game as a notepad. | I saw that once, it was cool. Of course, it was a nasty hurricane, so I didn't get to enjoy it much. There was a hell of a storm here yesterday. I'm surprised it didn't knock the power out. (Coupla brownouts though ) There were some sirens, and HUGE cracks of thunder. |

I was expecting at least a message, or preferrably, the same as you get when posting (same form but with a Username and Password box). |

There was the time I got in a lot of shit for not cleaning up my room - after someone else had deliberately thrown things all over the place. Yeah, that's so my fault. *insert sarcastic smilie here*There was also the time I found porn on a library computer. I went to tell them about it, and they blamed me. Of course! It makes so much sense to do it, then go tell them about it. NOT. Another time, the school webpage got hacked. Of course, first thing they do is hunt me down. I was away that day though, and a friend of mine told me he knew where I'd been, so I didn't actually get in trouble.
