user32.dll is a core system file, but it should be in Windows/System32. |

Well, seeing how I don't have any vsmon.exe running, I'll assume it's part of a program you've installed. Try reinstalling or just removing it. You might also consider trying to find a way to work around the blocks on the school connection. (School dialup, wtf?) |
