Waitwaitwait... No HDTV support?  Also, the 512MB internal flash is used to download games... that's nice, but does it download GCN games? Because a lot of those are probably >512MB.  The one other thing that bugs me is that you need an add-on for DVD playback. This can be good or bad, depending how it works: If the add-on contains the actual hardware required to play a DVD (eg it's not physically possible without), then it's good; that would help shrink size and cost by making the feature optional. On the other hand, if it simply unlocks DVD functionality already present in the system (like Xbox's remote), then they're clearly just being greedy bastards, making us pay extra for the DVD hardware in the console even if we don't plan to use it, and then more if we do want it. We'll have to wait and see how that comes out.Either way, though, I can't wait for a Zelda game where you strap 4 controllers to your arms and legs and physically move Link. I wonder if that's what they meant by these 'big changes' to Zelda? |

For emails, I suggest using an encryption system of some sort. My site links to arbitrarily-named images which contain the email address on a scribbled multicolour background (so they can't even read it out of the image itself), and uses Javascript to launch the mail program when the user clicks an image. Users see an email address, bots see Send_Message('gxodqg`bjdq','hnbjm','moc')".  |

| Only one way to find out... Don't suppose anyone knows how to actually remove the program, and not just the menu item? All I needed was a driver update to stop the screen from going nutty. [edit] Nope, didn't work. And WinXP does technically support GIF and JPEG backgrounds, but all it really does is convert them to BMPs. If you use the API to change to a JPEG or GIF file, it just stops redrawing the desktop.  |

Well that could have various meanings. Gameshark for PSX is a dongle too, but it doesn't just unlock cheat functions. |

I don't think it's the cable... I tried both. Neither works for connecting the computers together, and both work for connecting the modem. I might just install XP on both... how well would it run on a P233 with 192MB RAM? (Fancy graphics and such disabled, of course... it's for my brother so it'd mostly just be used for going online and typing stuff.) As it is, I have to have the FSB and multiplier at max to even run a P233 at full speed; does that mean this board can't support anything faster? (Is there even anything faster for socket 7? |

You won\'t see opcodes in a hex editor, only their hex values. Also, IIRC, 0E81 is the tilemap. It\'s data, not ASM. |
