You could do a GBC Pokémon game. You won't learn NES ASM but you will learn the basics of ASM, which will make it much easier. |

Awesome patch, but many problems (though I suspect some may be related to having SPC emulation disabled when I started). The entrances to Kero Sewers and Pipe Vault are messed. Rubber Shoes don't seem to do anything (and it was hard enough figuring out what Relay Flag does), and Mario often disappears. |

I'm mainly talking about code changes and additions. Not to mention, of course, general userbase growth. |
And this server hasn't given me any big problems that I can see. The board's been down a few times, not a huge deal to me. Maybe I'd care more if I were paying the server bills, but it's not the end of my life when one website goes down for a few minutes. Hell, my connection goes down fairly often itself.  If $newlvl is defined as $user[level], and you're working with $loguser[level], I think I can tell you what the problem is.

This is usually dependent on the editor. Most I know of show non-text characters (00-1F and 7F-FF) as periods. |

Most bootloaders allow for a timeout before they load the default if you don't press a key. Just make it like 3 seconds and make XP default. |
