Other stuff? What other stuff? "The hardware's actually much more powerful than the original NES. We'll support 16 colors instead of 4. We do support stereo sound, and we did write in a rumble protocol. We do have some future plans of releasing some new software, so we'll be able to produce better graphics, better sound, and have vibration. Our audio processing can play .wav files so we can have full-on music. We can do voiceover. The software can be quite complicated and upscale compared to the original [NES] software."

It's a bit of a mix.. there are questions that are frequently asked, but then there are also terms and rules you have to follow. I suppose if there were two different pages newbies had to read, chances are one or both will be ignored. And everybody knows what a FAQ is, so I guess it's a good name.
If there was a TOS, and then FAQ below (for questions like "How do you pronounce Acmlm" and "where can I host pics here for my hack"), it wouldn't be a bad idea. Just have all of it easily accessable and on one easy page for newbies. It's hard enough getting them to read the FAQ alone, isn't it?

• Not all of us are hillbillies... though given that most Canadians live near the south, there are a fair amount. (Why do hillbillies always flock south, anyway? )
  
• Gas prices aren't way different, we just measure them different. Yes, we use Metric. A lot of people still talk in terms of inches and miles though. (Damn Americans, convert already!)
