IRC should be a link to a Java IRC applet. The RSS links aren't real pages. You copy the link into an RSS reader or Firefox's 'live bookmark' and it tells you when new posts are made and such.

Don't you love when they do that? I had errors regarding a missing semicolon, which wasn't missing, because a bracket was in the wrong place in a completely different file. And don't even think about leaving out the semicolon at the end of function prototype declarations...

Yes, I check that... The file comes from a directory listing which the user has no control over though, so it's not especially important. The main issue is leaving the system intact - if I just include the file, it won't work the way I have it now. My code reads one line and assigns it to one variable, another line to another variable, and then prints all the rest of the lines. Plus as an unxepected but nice side-effect of printing a <br> after each line, line breaks in the file get translated to line breaks on the page... Neither of these would be possible if I just included the file directly.

How can you use Alt? On a lot of emulators it would bring up that damn window menu.
Ten: That's why I got a gamepad. It's mainly for debugging and such. I can control the entire game from one cental position on the keyboard, so I don't need to move my hands around a lot between playing and tracing/coding/whatever. Though it's really not that bad.

Looks like it might be some sort of RLE/LZ77 compression, looking at that dump you posted. Notice the 'E8 82' replaces the repetitive '12 13 12', but there's still a '12 13' before it.

Actually, I was screwing around with the fireball code a bit and did manage to remove the limit, but any more than 2 just appear as a white spot in a random place and disappear.

Open your ROM in the block inserter, click Add Block, find the block you want, click OK, give it a Map16 number, and when you're done adding click Save. The Map16 numbers are in Decimal in BT, but hex in LM. Windows' Calculator can convert them for you. Go to View -> Scientific, put in a decimal number and click Hex; it works the other way too.
