| Anyone else noticed 99% of commercials these days really, really suck? I've stopped watching TV for the most part (besides The Simpsons, Futurama until next month when I have enough bandwidth to re-download Card Captor Sakura which I would usually watch at that time, and the morning news because my mom pretty much forces me to) because the commercials are so bad. Ace, do you have an RCA Cable modem? Mine does the exact same sequence when it starts up.  Heh, I remember one time I called because it was down... Half an hour later, I notice the loose cable.  The longest it's ever been down for real was about 12 hours, apparently the cold broke something.  Though it goes down as often as every 5 minutes when I use BitTorrent. (Not to mention I eat up a ridiculous amount of my bandwidth. 75% in a day this month.  ) Their (Cogeco's) tech support is surprisingly good though, unlike some I've seen. (Western Digital, anyone?  ) |

| Uh, Windows. Drag-and-drop burning. (Nero doesn't seem to work right; it reads the disc as 700MB one minute and 450 the next. ) I'm not sure if the session is open or not. The paper clip idea, I could use, but then Windows still thinks the disc is in there and tries to read it, which I really doubt is good for it... I think the burner might be dying but it should still open, and judging by how it does so when I close stuff, I'm guessing it's a Windows issue. |

| FF as well with a buttload of extensions. Is there some way to show a list of them? I tried ColorZilla but the eyedropper wouldn't work for some reason, it said something about not being compatible. So that pretty much killed any usefulness of it... |

| I must be like the only guy here who can't stand Mario Party. Multiplayer's not too bad with 4 people but anything involving the AI is a huge pain, because the AI is a huge pain that always seems to have a very convenient outcome from everything. |

My school's pretty lenient about it. Basically they just give you detention, if you don't go they double it, standard boring procedure... but that's all they do. Just give you more and more detentions thinking that you might eventually decide to do them (even when there's not enough school days left to do them in). Just about anything else gets you suspended though, even stupid little things like wearing a hat.  But I don't even need to skip because they don't really care if I actually work or not. If I'm bored I just doodle or something. |
