| I have on my page (not my website, my desktop ) an iframe. I would like to use Javascript to refresh the page within this iframe from the parent window (the desktop). Sounds easy doesn't it? Hah! Apparently iframes have no methods whatsoever, and when trying to access [frame's name].src I get a 'permission denied' message. WTF? Why would I even need permission to refresh an iframe on my own page? (This of course is in IE, since it's the only thing you can use for the desktop.) So how do I refresh this dumb thing? |

| Looks pretty good, but I have some suggestions... 1) Get XP Pro. Home sucks a lot. 2) Integrated video = teh suck, especially by Intel. 3) More RAM would be a good idea if you plan to run really high-end games or a lot of stuff at once (which includes really big images or images with a LOT of layers in Photoshop). |

| Try Print Screen, or Alt+Print Screen in fullscreen mode. I've heard they did something to block that (which would REALLY suck, I fail to see how it'd be illegal) but a friend of mine's always sending him pictures of WMP playing a DVD and they come out fine. | |||

| In this thread, you talk about stuff, but replace 'the' with 'toast'. So, how about toast weather out there? Toast weather channel said toast temperature wouldn't go below 8. What they didn't mention is that it's pretty much stuck at exactly 8. So friggin cold with toast wind, it's way annoying after the past few weeks where it'd be like 20 all day and all night. That was toast bomb. |

Usually you can just change the first few opcodes which are hooked to jump to the intro code. Apparently though, a lot of them now are hooking a few instructions in instead, and killing the games a lot as a result.  Intros are pure evil; when I find one I don't just kill the hook and be done with it. Oh no. I trace the f*cker and kill every last bit of it. Get your crap out of my ROM thanks. |

| ZSnes works perfect for me, runs faster and looks better. No contest. And regarding save states, F2/F4 (or just Shift, L/Shift, R on my joypad) is pretty instantaneous. |

| Something ain't right here. I added a hidden window to my app with a fixed title to allow other processes to find it with FindWindow(). I've subclassed the window as such: ProcOld = SetWindowLong(Me.hWnd, GWL_WNDPROC, AddressOf WindowProc) So this should have the WindowProc() function in my program (which is in a module, not the window's code) run whenever the window recieves a message. The function is designed to respond to message ID 0xBEEF and return version info, variables, etc. I also have another program send such a message with wParam and lParam=0. The message is recieved alright, but the source hWnd is my own message window and lParam is some random garbage (it's not the source hWnd, I checked).
