Because Nintendo wasn't stupid enough to design the GC to run any random piece of code you send to it.
AR has nothing to do with tricking it into thinking a PC is a GC. I think I heard of a way to do it with an AR code though. |

| Cool, the original is better though. Moving Mario shouldn't be too hard, just manually adjust his coordinates. Moving the screen with him and not making him interact with stuff might be a problem though. |

Regarding the item screen, it shouldn't be too difficult to only apply translucency when the game is paused (between the time the status bar disappears and the item screen appears), or you might be able to draw the tiles with half black and half transparent. Looks nice, but needs a better Fire palette instead of just the generic glitched Koopa. (Why not a Red Koopa? |
) It should also look different than the others so they don't get confused. Nice Shroom replacement BTW.Any particular reason for the spelling change? (Japanese style, by the looks of it; is that going to be a sort of 'theme' or is it just to look cool? )
