How do you people keep doing that? Certain things just never seem to show up on Google for me.  Well thanks a lot.Neo: I tried. After some fiddling I got it to either make a dialog that doesn't appear or crash windres, along with dozens of warnings and syntax errors. Good old VS.  [edit] Er, got the help file? Yes, I keep seeing 'edited by ||bass at soandso' at the top of pages.  Why does CSS have to be such a pain anyway? I make an HTML file, put some CSS in a style tag, and it works. Cut the code out, paste into another file, and link to it like this: < Nothing. It finds the file, counts it as a stylesheet (the script 'alert(document.styleSheets.length)' returns 1, so it has to have processed it), and ignores it.  I'm using the exact same method I've used on every other page I've ever made and it worked great, so WTF?(edited by HyperHacker on 03-27-05 04:42 PM) |

| GBA runs very close to 60 FPS, AFAIK. Something like 59.7. It has pseudo h-blank and v-blank too, but we won't get into that. I just use ImageReady for making them, it's remarkably easy. Each frame can have whatever layers you want on or off, so just make each frame its own layer (and you can combine layers as well). Set up the first frame, click New, edit the new frame, etc. (Tip: Layer Comps.  ) Only real quirk is that if you add a layer, it's on in all frames by default. Then just click Save Optimized As, and there you go.Just too bad the GIF format (that or ImageReady) doesn't support frame delays less than 0.1 seconds.  |

| The most common reason for a computer to shut down or restart itself is overheating. Also if you're using XP, BSODs are skipped by default (it automatically restarts). You can disable that in Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Startup and Recovery settings (unchecked 'Automatically restart' under System FKitten Yiffer), so if it happens again, you should get an error code you can look up on microsoft.com. This could also be caused by a power supply fKitten Yiffer, whether it be the PSU itself or a brownout. Computers really don't like having insufficient power. |

| People have been distributing SPCs and NSFs for years. Nintendo's made it quite clear that they don't care. Why should they, after all? It's not like with ROMs where people sell/distribute them. All people do with sound rips is play them on their computers. |

| I always do it clockwise because I'm right-handed. If that doesn't work (which I've never seen), turn it the other way. Though the only car I've actually owned is a total wreck that isn't street-legal, so I don't bother locking it. It's sitting in the middle of a huge chunk of private property and completely worthless, even if someone did take it for some reason, I could care less. |

| Well that would certainly suck. I'm optimistic that it's an emulation problem of some sort though (whether that be the ROM expecting to be run on a BSX or just some poorly-emulated function - undocumented BSX stuff?), although I've never actually seen the game running. Nintendo really should re-release them somehow. Come to think of it, the DS is capable of wifi support (it's up to the game)... |
