I was wondering when this would come out. Funny, but not as funny as GBC/GBA pr0n, for the simple fact that the IP can actually display it properly as opposed to 15-bit colour which is only useful for low-quality hentai.  Makes me wonder about the DS though... Seriously, if it's as powerful as N64, we might just see some of the cool stuff on it people wished GBA could do, like MP3 players and SNES emulators... And yes, pr0n that doesn't suck. |

| You'd be amazed at the intelligence levels around here. You could hide them under rocks. That flood bit reminds me of another brilliant decision by the administration. (I didn't see it because I went home early. ) They cancelled the buses due to snow. Not the buses TO school, only the ones going back. Everyone had to wait in the cafeteria for hours and work out plans to get home. (I bet they did it just so people would have to use the payphones. Those damn Millenium phones with the LCD displays, which don't give change and aren't even vulnerable to those old free call tricks. I get what you're saying, and yes I could do that but it would be a lot harder to work with, since you'd have to manually import uncompressed GFX and program their location into the block code, which would also take up more space. Decompression time shouldn't be too big a deal if done right. (Force the player to proceed slowly through an area in which they can't see the graphics that are being modified.) If need be, the custom block could act as a trigger, just writing a source, destination and size to some unused RAM address, and a routine hooked into vblank could handle actually loading the graphics (thus avoiding huge delays as the game can continue while loading). I still need to know how to convert an ExGFX number to the graphics' location, though... |
