But, the Yoshi Fireball Block and the Item box ? Blocks isn't working. Why not? In Lunar Magic, there's no problem. I think..... They're acting as block 130.... T_T *End of program* Hmm... The way of speaking seems familiar... Is that you, dferr? Anyway. Some blocks aren't supposed to act like #130. Some needs to be #25 or something else. Read the small guide each block have got on how to insert them... |

| O _ O HOLY COW! Exept for the status bar palette problem and the layer problem, those shots are... ... There's no words to discribe them!!!Edit: By the way... It would be REALLY cool if you made level 1-1 or 1-2 from SMB in the same style! Edit 2: Another cool effect would be if a platform was shaped like an L. From above: _| From the side: _/. In other words, you see the rest of the level on the Z axis. At that platform, you could put invisible doorsthat let's you "change the camera angle" and continue the level. You could also make it T shaped and use both doors and pipes. (However, it would be required to somehow change the pic of Mario going down a pipe to Mario walking towards the cam.) You could also disassable the level loading ASM to figure it out. 3) Combine step 1 and 2 4) Combine step 1 and 2 5) Combine step 1 and 2 6) Combine step 1 and 2 7) Combine step 1 and 2 8) Compile, zip, upload, give link 9) Edit code, Compile, zip, upload, give link You can't just think "I want to make an editor" without knowing anything about programming. You have to know how to corrupt or disassable in order to find data. You need to be able to figure almost everything out without asking anybody. Knowing ASM and how the SNES works helps a lot. Also: If your next post is something like "Ok, and how do I do that", then you have to understand that it's most unlikely that you will make an editor for quite some time (a.k.a. 'round three years). |

| I've got a suggestion to prevent wierd post layouts from destroying threads. We all know the HTML tag "{!--" (replace { with <), right? It's the start of a comment. It makes the browser ignore everything until it finds a "--}", which means "end of comment". What if a user comments something in his/her layout and forgets to end the comment/ends it incorrectly? Well, the rest of the page would disappear. So... Here's my suggestion: Why not add a "{!--Blah--}" (replacing the { and }. Removing "blah" is optional) after the "Edited at ?:??" messages? This would successfully prevent any comment related problem I can think of. Comments, anybody?
