Well if you mean upload it so its accessable on the internet you would use a (F)ile (T)ransfer (P)rotocol Client. What one you use I could care less but you could use SmartFTP or CuteFTP or whatever. To get it viewable on your website in PMA go to the userpic table and then click insert and do all that nonsense.

Ok, PS2 sold for 300 when it first came out. I am pretty sure it will go for 400-500. It doesnt make sense for it to be that cheap. The price of technology does go down over time though... I dont know I dont see it out of the conversation for it to be listed at 400-500. Why? Because people will pay it.

If I am not mistaken I believe sbr gets rid of BR tags inside those fields. And yeah those things help filter things that users are stupid enough to put in.
