| This question already has been answered several times. If you bothered to look on the second or third page a little, you'd have found out fast enough. Also, in the real world, if you just come up and say "I want this and that", you will hardly end up getting what you want. Editor request threads are pointless anyway (as far as I know, not a single request like that has ever been fulfilled, as ROM hackers mostly do what they want rather than "working for somebody"). The smiley flood was as unnecessary as lame. Closed this shall be. |

I think you should start off with the custom blocks. From what I experienced myself, I can tell you levels that were redesigned postum just to include a certain block/feature/whatsoever are no good. In other words, it is an advantage to have a clear overview of what you can use for a level before even making up concepts for it. |

I don't know who the h...ck stickied this, but let this be a reminder to you: The "Sticky" feature is not a special way for moderators, fullmods, admins or whomever to express their approvement of something, but rather for posts which have common value (i.e. guides, FAQs, major editors). It's a matter of principles. Few people like over-inflated egos, and you certainly must have one to do a simple, pointless edit (even if it looks good... looks alone don't make up a hack) and go like "Oooh. I'm greeaaat. I don't need your critique. I am an awesome hacker.".

Most RPGs with larger amounts of text use some kind of syllable/frequent combinations compression for their text. I suggest you use the respective editor or google for a table file for the respective game. |

Hmm. Despite the fact you used publically available graphics rips which are quite overused and the level designs look plain horrible, it is undoubtely an improvement compared to your old hacks. |

I can't say this is bad... but... it is not good either. This hack doesn't look like there's anything special about it that would make it worth playing, and that is a subject to improve before you even think of releasing it. |

HH, and all of you... stop acting childish. It is bogus to go like "omg the board sucks it is xkeepers fault lol". It is the non-romhacker invasion that made this board what it is now in the first place, and the fact some parts of staff apparently have no sense of humour (which, I think, is a direct consequence of the first issue) whatsoever. Note how it is also the "out of place" staff who produce all, or at least most, of the drama we had lately. |
