And this is EXACTLY why I have IE set to prompt me on ALL instances of Active X scripting for any sites not in my trusted list. When I said, "No" to the prompt asking if I want to run Active X scripts, all I got was a blank page.

Hmm... when I read this, I was gonna add it to my board, since I'm also running v1.8a, but when I opened up function.php, I found it was already there. Odd, that. I'm guessing that I got the issue resolved waaaay back when (when? I dunno... ) |

Don't check Lihaed's profile either. They have crap in their header & sig that screw things up. Crashed my comp. I think it's time to seriously consider making layouts be something that have to be earned, just like custom titles. Too many morons are abusing them. |

But the thing is, if you let users upload their pics like thad, they'll upload crap, guarranteed. People... just do that. And that is why sharkz said: Originally posted by sharkz I was also thinking that possibly (I don't know how much coding any of this would need and I'm a lazy bastard) we could add an approval script so that Admins could make sure the pics were safe before they went in the album. If the admins have to approve everything that's been uploaded before it's displayed, then the crap will get filtered out. |

Originally posted by Mike Flash is not ActiveX, I don't know where you heard that. IE. Any non-trused site I visit with flash pops up the ActiveX prompt. If I say no, then I get no flash. Not always bad, since some advertisers are using flash banners. The morons. |

Originally posted by Tuvai Yes, Elric, but that still means people CAN upload crap BEFORE it's validated. True. BUT, the admins will be the only ones to see it, and they can remove it. If the person continues to offend, they'll find themselves banned pretty quick like. |

Some online games I play are: AdventuerQuest - A flash RPG game. It's free to play, and you can have up tp 5 characters. There's no interaction with other players yet, as it's still in beta. Also, if you make a 1-time payment of $12 USD, you become a Guardian, and get extra perks. IMO, $12 is cheap, and I feel it was worth it. Oh, that's $12 per character. If you make 5 characters, and want them all to be Guardians, you'll end up paying $60. Me, I have only one charcter, and he's a Guardian. That's enough for me. Nation States - It's not exactly a game. You create a country, and vote on issues, which determine what happens to your country. I generally don't spend more than 5 mins. on it, but I still enjoy it. And yes, it's free. Progress Quest - It's free, it's easy, and can be fun. I used to play Kings of Chaos, but when Age 2 came around, they changed too much, and TONS of people left. I eventually did too. Last I knew, it's free to play. |

I'm thinking that maybe the server's a little on the buggy side. An hour or so ago, I posted a reply to a thread, and it loaded the standard, "Thanks for the post. Click here to return to the thread, or wait to get redirected." message, and then it just gave me a 400 error. I had to completly leave the board, and come back to the main page to get anything to show up.

And for some reason, the link to my board redirects to www.eds.castledragmire.com/board instead of eds.castledragmire.com/board. And www.eds.castledragmire.com/xxx is akin to going to acmlm.org/xxx: it works, but isn't recommended. *updates his own board affiliates/links* |

I tried Mozilla awhile while back (few years ago), and I didn't like it. I'm trying it again right now, and I still don't much care for it. It doesn't render things very well. Like my old layout, I had an image that was on the right side of my layout, but Mozilla sticks it on the left. It stretches tables out all over the place on my board. The FFT image in my sig is supposed to have an alpha filter to make it look kinda dull, but when the mouse moves over it, it shows as its full, bright self, yet in Mozilla, it's always its full, bright self. It doesn't seem to support the < It doesn't like Cymoro's or HyperHacker's layouts. For Cymoro's, it loaded the images in the corners, but I had to put my mouse over the areas in his layout where images were supposed to be to get them to load. For HyperHacker's, it won't show the BG image at all. I can't customize the toolbar (back, forward, stop, etc). No, I think I'll just stick with IE, the "inferior" browser. Thanks anyway. Oh, and one other thing: What's the point to Netscape? It claims it's based on Mozilla, but they look EXACTLY the same to me. Kinda pointless. Netscape needs to be nixed. |

Very nice! I've had plenty of experiance with hex, but none with ASM, yet I was able to understand what you were saying. Thank you. I may never use this, but I saved it, just in case. |

New board, so new thread. If you would like a custom save file for Final Fantasy Tactics, this is the place to request it. I can put almost any character into your party for you, even ones who never join you. You can get some ideas by checking out my FFT Save Hacks page. Please note that all saves will start you at the first possible save point in the game, at Gariland Magic City. Here's the information I will need to make your save, followed by two examples: Name, Character Set, Class, Secondary, Reaction, Support, Movement, Gender, Sign, Weapon, Shield, Armor, Helm, Accessory. Note that you can leave the following items empty if you don't want anything there: Reaction, Support, Movement, Weapon, Shiel, Armor, Helm, Accessory. Also, sometimes Character Set will determine your Class. If that happens, I'll let you know. Here's Example 1, Olan: Name: Olan Character Set: Olan Class: Astrologist Secondary: Item Support: Defend Gender: Male Sign: Sagitarius Weapon: Battle Dict Armor: Clothes Helm: Leather Hat As you can see, he has no Reaction or Movement skills, and no Shield or Accessory, so they aren't mentioned. Here's Example 2, Skelric: Name: Skelric Character Set: Generic Monster Class: Skeleton Secondary: Blood Suck Reaction: Hamedo Support: Gained JP Up Movement: Teleport 2 Gender: Male Sign: Leo Weapon: Broad Sword Armor: Clothes Helm: Leather Hat This will make a Skeleton monster named Skelric. I did this for Halloween. If you want to have your weapon in your left hand, please let me know by using Weapon: Dagger (Left). Otherwise, I'll default it to the right hand. Finally, if there are any skills or spells you want to have, please let me know, and I'll add them as best I can. |

And ironically, that's the one that gave me the idea for this. The name didn't even figure in. I didn't pay it much attention.
