| I think GFX is the most important thing in a hack. I wouldn't touch a level-only hack. The thing is: don't give up like Master M did. I've only been hacking for 6 months and i've already won an award, so just keep trying and who knows? You may eventually reach BMF's level. | |||

| Uh yeah, they're 3D. Luigi in M+L SSS looked rubbish! They purposely made him out to be the kind of goofball character, and it was just so not Luigi! And the way he ran into everything and his overalls were too small for him, what were they thinking? Shigs is getting old... | |||

| I'm the others. Go open a level which originally has these sprites. Click on the Lakitu button to open the sprites dialog. Check which number is in the long drop down list on the top, and set that same number in that list on the level into which you want to insert the sprites. This is how i solved my Ball n' Chain Problem (Thanks GoYo), so it should work here too. | |||

Obviously, he just wants to turn Mario into Luigi.
it's been done before, but the physics haven't been changed. I'm the first one to do this. In my SMW to SMBTLL hack, Luigi replaces Mario, both GFX and palette, he jumps higher and he's more difficult to stop after running. It's possible through general LM knowledge and hex.
This isn't spam, i don't see any need to close it. |

| It's like what Ben said, you shouldn't need to apply savestates or do anything but play straight through the game. | |||

You can't add powerups yet. A guy here called Habsolute Fate is making a program which will allow you to add new powerups, and seperate Mario and Luigi's GFX. Just wait for him.
If you know ASM you could modify the cape and fire flower into one of those power ups. But you probably don't.
wait for Hab. |

| Another thing i just thought of is that it doesn't read which blocks are already in a game when it loads it. That really sucks. | |||

| I can't see how that could work out too well for an originally 2D game, HH. | |||

| The only reasons i don't like SMB3 are: 1. Poor sound quality 2. Poor graphic quality, 8-bit. 3. You can't save. 4. You can't revisit levels and worlds you have already completed. 5. There is no cape. BUT!! Ya know what? NONE of these disadvantages apply to SMA4. It's not a fair poll when a NES game is put up against a SNES game, even if the NES game wins, so, i'm not going to vote. If this was a SMA2 / SMA4 poll, SMA4 would be my choice. | |||

| Which version of this game do you prefer? I prefer MK3. It had real down to earth (literally) stages and characters, and i loved the storyline. UMK3 had basically 2 extra characters which were shared to make all of the male and female ninjas, and they got rid of Sheeva. They got rid of all but two of the earth stages (rooftop and pit3) and they brought in a few new outworld stages. Also, they kept the same storyline? UMK3 was completely off what it was supposed to be and it lacked the realistic earth atmosphere that MK3 had. | |||

| Yeah but they got rid of just too many things. I'm referring to the SNES versions by the way. | |||

| 1. Link to the past. First Zelda game i ever played. I finished it hundreds of times. i know it inside out. Well designed world map and great music. 2. Ocarina of Time. Nice addition of new places like Gerudo Valley, the music there was really cool! I liked the way there were loads of old places like Lake Hylia, Kakariko Village, and Death Mountain. Some good new music, but the Hyrule Field music was terrible, they should've just used the old one like in MM. 3. Majora's Mask. A nicely designed map, maybe a bit small though, amazing storyline, great music, and lots of classic elements from OoT and LTTP. 4. Oracle of Seasons. Fun and exciting. 5. Oracle of Ages. Fun, and interesting. 6. Link's Awakening. Good storyline. 7. Wind Waker. Boring. 8. Legend Of Zelda. 90 degrees? 9. Adventure of Link. Yuck! | |||
