exactly BM, of course i'll add the screen-scrolling pipes. @Kyouji Craw: i use freewebs because 1: i have unlimited storage. 2: i can sort the pics into folders. 3: i'm adding all of these pictures to the SMB3 page on my site too and it saves me uploading the pictures twice. REPLY 300!!!

you're talking about exit tiles, right? That usually happens with 0 and 1, test it in the game and it should be fine.

that was kinda spammy BM. @Shadow: i used the GBA palettes because VisualBoy Advance has a palette viewer. BUT!!! i just figured out yesterday how to rip palettes from a ZSNES save state! this means i'm going to rip all of the palettes from the SNES version! the palettes look a lot better now, more vibrant and colourful. @Shyguy: thanks for that. how many times has that been asked?

i ripped that green from the SMB3 green Koopa Troopa and i have no doubt that King Yoshi uses the same palette as a green Koopa Troopa in SMB3. more screens soon.

yeah i know what this is. in Lunar Magic, hit the blue button with the bubbles on it, next to the lakitu button i think, and then a window will open. click on the top dropdown list. pick anything where the v-scroll is on slow, eg: h-scroll: variable, v-scroll: slow. hope that helps.

Actually, it is both. their levels will be used to fill up both SMB and TLL. i forgot to add Yoshi's Island to this poll, so i'll add it now. i haven't started the hack yet, but you can still vote for it if you think it sounds good. to those who don't know what it is, it's a SMW hack of mine where i'll remake all of YI's levels and GFX. Mario will look the same as he does in SMB3, as will other items like ? Blocks that don't appear in YI.

it can't be, i ripped the palettes perfectly from the SNES version. and in the SNES version the blocks in the desert are supposed to be a different colour than those in Grass Land 1.

Next time: Desert Hill 4, 5, Pyramid, and Doomship screens.

first of all, apart from quite a few small glitches, it looks great. second, i doubt you could enable screen scrolling on submaps, and if you could, it wouldn't work out too well. the edge 16x16 tiles are always covered by a few Layer 3 tiles on a submap, but it doesn't happen on the main map. the only solution i can think of would be to delete the graphics of those Layer 3 tiles, and i don't think that would work out too well because it would delete a few tiles on the top too. i think you should just work around it, and shrink the submap to fit inside the edge 16x16 tiles.

how can i disable the lightning on the Bowser's Valley submap? i want to disable both the sound, and the flashing because one of the colours on the map gets messed up every time the lightning strikes. Thanks.

i have SMB music in one of my games, but i hate that annoying star music. someone said in a thread a few months ago that the old SMW star music was still in the game, and he gave a hex address and a value which would change the SMB star music back to the old star music. i want to do that but i can't find that thread. can someone help me?
