Have you tried asking him to crank the volume down?

You are his landlord, therefore you have (Or at least you SHOULD have) legal rights to kick him out of he is being disruptive/rowdy/etc... Remind him of that, in the way of your choosing... just make sure you still get your point across, and not sound like the worst person in the world. If he wants to act like that, he can go somewhere else.

Thats all I really have to say. I dont like what someone is doing, I tell them.
