If you ditch at my school you get "truents" which go on your record and eventually serve as demerits or whatever. And you can't graduate if you have too many of those, so it's how they discourage ditching. If you're absent for the entire day, it doesnt count against you though. There are also a lot of angry staff in golf carts that search the entire school during periods, and anyone without a pass gets taken to the office for a truent.
About failing if you are tardy too many times, there is something here like that too. But it's only a policy for the early morning classes. If you are late 6 times, you get kicked out of the class. No credits, ouch. For the other classes, if you are late too many times then you just get detentions.
Lastly, if you have too many truents or unexcused absenses, they take away the students' parking permit, so they arent allowed to drive to school. If they are underclassmen and cant drive yet, then their name is crossed off the list of students who are eligable for a permit when they can drive.

I dont ditch, obviously. 1) I dont want truents 2) I'm a good girl. =(

I do sometimes, during a tutorial when computers are available or during a class when I have a sub. But seeing as I'm not in any computer class this year, it's not that often that I get to come on the board.

I had to have a bit of surgery when I was 11 or 12 on my right hand. I cut it open very deep and the doctors had to remove what cut me surgically, simply pulling it out would have cut open whatever artery it is that's very near your wrist, and I would have been even more hurt. But I guess that's not so bad, just to remove and stitch up.

I like shelled sunflower seeds a lot. I used to eat them all the time at my brother's baseball games and my softball games, they are delish. I havent had them in a while, though.
My favorite was ranch and bbq, but the regular ones are tasty, too.
The unshelled ones are way too salty for me, I rarely eat those. Shells 4ev.
