Search for something on the internet. Then click the cache link. Google DOES have a lot of the internet cached on their servers.

There are a few options you can do in no particular order:

1. Try reinstalling Windows.
2. Try reinstalling IE
3. Use FireFox
4. Switch to Linux

Upgrading to service pack 2 a while back screwed up my computer and I had to reload it with service pack 1. Now I use Linux, so I don't have to worry about Microsoft's crappy service pack upgrades. Just reload your system with service pack 1. That's what I had to do... >>
