Basically yes. A few of the structures such as posts are completely different in 1.92, so it's best to just reinput the SQL structure for the board and reupload the new files.

I guess I should be more specific. I get alerts from my virus scanner that this file that doesnt exist keeps doing things.

Try doing a search on your computer for the file, and see if anything turns up there. If, as you say, the file truly doesn't exist, then I'd place the blame on something being wrong with your virus scanner.

Searched google and my hard drive. Nothing. It pops up an awful lot on my AVG virus scanner, though... >>

I'm using this freeownhost thing and it usually works, but at least 3 times a day, it does down for about half an hour. Does anyone know of any other good free hosts?

You won't find most hosts that are good for Acmlmboard, and free. IIRC, the way Acmlmboard is coding uses more SQL space and usage as well as CPU usage.

You want to go in the way of paid hosting, you'll get better results.

Well, paid hosting doesn't cost that much. You can get good hosting for as low as $5 a month. Really.

Most times I dont even have that $5 a month. Nor do my parents have a credit card... >>

If you're using XP, I don't think there should be any DLLs in there; under Win98 you might see a few instances of powerprof.dll or something like that. (Any DLLs would be listed under rundll32.exe.)
