Depends on the graphics format used, really. If it's 4bpp or less, it would be hella easy to convert (if not just straight port). If it's greater than 4 bits, it may present more of a difficulty to rip, but no sweat for an experienced ripper. I'll have to take a look at it later. |

Such a thing exists already, look at Bowser's Battle for an example. It disables most of it somehow, it'd likely be a hop, skip, and jump to call the routine that does it. |

I did some investigating when I had some time between projects, and it looks like Wario Land 4 uses 4bpp format, which will make ripping about as easy as can be. I'll let someone else who is interested take a crack at it if they want, but I'll probably slowly port the graphics over when I have some free time. |

Don't get me wrong, I love a good rip, but nothing beats creating your own graphics or playing a hack with someone else's.

That is definitely an emulator problem. Well, I suppose it could be something else. Post up an IPS patch so we can see if we can recreate the problem. |

Hell, I've been working on SMW for almost 3 years now and I'm not at BMF's hacking level. Mainly because I still haven't bothered to learn anything but the most basic ASM programming and really haven't had any inkling to. You can do great things with a game without touching the code, if you're willing to invest some time. |
