How is the GBA demo rom scene actually?  I know there was a lot of fuss about it when the specs got leaked and people got a hold of development tools, but I haven't heard much about it now...Then again, hacking groups *also* released stand-alone versions of their demos on BBS' and the like. |

| Or Revolution X. The thing is, the kids involved in the Columbine shootings actually recorded a video before the whole thing went down. Basically they compared the shootings to acting out Doom in real life. They weren't corrupted by the game - they had deeper psychological problems. |

| Actually it was a closer series than 4-0 would indicate. The first two games were all TB but we played well in the 3rd and 4th games. Just wasn't good enough to beat them. If we had held on in Game 3, things might have been very different. |

Oh wonderful.  I have some psuedo trojan/spyware crap on my PC thanks to a self-installing script on a webpage. (One of those "We don't care if you click yes or no, the crap's going on your PC anyways" scripts.) Anyways, I ran Spyware first, didn't catch much. Ran Ad-Aware, and that seemed to get rid of most of the spyware stuff. Then I went with a virus scan to be on the safe side... and there were 9 infected files. All of them were either BackDoor.VB.11.AM or BackDoor.VB.11.BC. It cleaned most of the files, as there was one (VOQW.EXE) it couldn't get rid of. So now I'm trying to get rid of THAT file, while also figuring out why I have a program running called MMCROMON.EXE that takes up 99% of my CPU... (Yes, I did a web search. Found NOTHING matching it.)Erm... little help? (Basically I'm thinking I should install McAfee or Norton instead of AVG, but this all happened in the span of... 2 hours.) |

Worst thing that's ever happened to me with the microwave was when some frozen pasta overflowed... But aside from a cheesy smell in the kitchen, nothing else came from it. |
Seriously, are microwaves so fragile that everyone has a horror experience to tell from using them? (restricted) |
