| I doubt Windows users will be the only ones able to go online because it'll likely just require any wi-fi signal. I doubt Nintendo will have people install software on their PC's for DS games. |

| Depends on the province. For example, Quebec's legal age is 18 but Ontario's is 19. They all fall in the 18/19 categories though. Welcome.  |

| Quick example... I download a 100MB file. My ratio's at 0.600 after the download finishes (meaning I uploaded 60MB during the time it took me to download the file). When I upload 100MB, it goes to 1.000... but say I end up uploading 150MB before I close the torrent. Then my ratio ends up at 1.500.  Some sites log ratios and might block people who do a lot more downloading than uploading. |

Toxic: That's strange. When I was in high school, we had two separate locker areas... one for Grades 7-8, the other for 9-11. Plus we only were allowed to access them before school, at lunch and after school. |

I've noticed a few less cars around the area today... my guess is everyone's crossing their fingers and hoping the prices dip down soon. |
The problem is that every single station's at $1.34/L around here so you can't exactly go hunting for a bargain; independently owned stations charge even more.

The death toll won't be known for weeks and you can guess that somewhere in the 1,000 range would be a blessing in disguise. Don't forget that people are dying while being evacuated as well. |

Doubt that because if rights were an issue, they wouldn't be able to release it as Tetris Attack in Europe either. |
