...Greyout? There's no such thing. Brown or black over here, and they're almost always black.

We only have one working phone when that happens too. Damn technology.

I think Xk means anyone who's SCHEDULED to play a game.

Obviously, if you're all alone and have nobody to play with, you're not at fault. :\

OK guys, we established that he should be directed to Rom Hacking. That's been painfully made clear.

I'd actually give them one more call back if you haven't already, because who knows if they have their crap together or not. :\

Good lesson: ALWAYS take down the name/info of someone who gave you important information. That way if they try to screw you over, you can always say "well, so-and-so told me otherwise" and then the sparks can fly.

Some spyware files end up using random names/etc. in an attempt to sneak by any scanners/make them harder to identify, I suppose.

I'd do a Hijack log since odds are your problem can be identified through that. Helped me out bigtime with a similar problem a few months ago.

Find out what the BIOS file name *is* and then go from there.

Oh boy... This is messy. Really messy.

Make sure you close any of those programs that are running before you delete them, or do the job in Safe Mode. Then do a restart and a rescan to see if anything new pops up or if everything's gone.

Um... Legion, you *do* know that you could be placed back on staff if that's what we decide to do after discussing it. Right?

Ideally, a staff member should perform maintenance and participate in discussions about the board/users whenever possible. That's my view at least.

They don't want me to see the discussion because the people who speak ill of me and against me don't want to make themselves known which I think is kind of sad and pointless.

Actually, we just want people to be able to speak their minds if they so choose. It's not a question of whether or not someone likes/dislikes you, but it saves another can of worms from being opened.
