I knew there was a reason we unbanned you. XD

Wouldn't have a problem with it at all, but if Ashley ends up joining... I fear. (Well, not "fear" but it would be a toughie.)

*looks at calendar* You're around 7 weeks late with that announcement by my schedule.

Everyone's out now or will be within the week aside from those people... who are they... ah yes. "Summer school" students.

7%'s roughly the strength of a beer, actually... Usually in the 6-7 range. So having 4-5 of those over a short period of time could have an effect on you, but for all I know the cider could come in a smaller bottle/glass, so...

...Because they're worried about their image?

Heck, Sony threw a fit a few days ago over plans by some companies to make UMD porn. (Granted, they've only SOLD 100,000 UMD's so far but that's besides the point.)

I played Maple Story a while back... still have it installed.

Basically it was good for the first 2-3 weeks since the user base was still relatively small and most people SPOKE NON-AOL ENGLISH (*shock*), but then it got flooded with all of the "OMG!1! 3 KOREA RPG!11" people who steal kills/items, so... :\

I'd only check it again if channels weren't so damn packed.

I will likely check it out although I still haven't seen Spirited Away yet. :\

Reviews are mixed but in a weird way - the "negative" reviews I've seen still talk about how it's a good cartoon, but just... not up to Miyazaki's usual standards. So it's one of those "good but failed to meet high expectations" things.

On the other hand, the Gazette in Montreal gave the thing *****. So yeah.

Considering I really haven't seen any Miyazaki work, I'd probably enjoy the film more than most. But we'll see.

Half-truth. She had medical problems as a result of all her medical procedures but that wasn't what did her in.

Danielle: High school kids only got out today here and elementary school kids get out tomorrow. So it's not too late.

Hiryuu: A STAR! Oh wow... did you get a little sticker too with a picture of an elephant or something neat? (So sue me, my teachers all had neat stickers.)

Sounds a lot like our subway system here the past few days. Montreal's always been known to have an efficient, reliable metro, but... the last few days have been a joke, with one whole line shut down for hours on Monday and service interruptions today.

The problem? The electrical wiring hasn't been replaced since the system first opened. Oh boy.

I think we did. I distinctly remember playing a first round match and losing, I think. It was a bad draw. :\

Maybe it was mainly organized on IRC? Hell if I know.

Posted on 06-23-05 05:27 AM, in Pharmacists refuse to fill birth control, etc. Link
Personal opinions on this matter should stay out of the workplace kthx. Seriously, you are a PHARMACIST. Your job is to give people their medication, whether it's something over the counter or filling a prescription. At the absolute WORST, if someone did feel strongly opposed to giving out birth control pills, then they should recommend the person to a clinic/pharmacist who will fill the prescription; even then, they're still not doing their job.

Girls shouldn't be in the position of having to request morning after pills, but god forbid they end up getting pregnant because their pharmacist told them to get lost.

Posted on 06-23-05 05:31 AM, in does any one have a working nintendo ds emulator? Link
If Nintendo made plugins for Ensata, then YES. They'd be illegal since the code is still theirs and the actual emulator wasn't meant to be distributed to begin with. They're not like plugins for ePSXe or Project 64.

On another note, Ensata's actually a neat name for an emulator. Wonder who thought that up and what it stands for.

Either they're gonna bring Matt back soon to work an angle with Edge or he can ask for a lot more on the independent scene. He's TNA + ROH for sure if that's the case.

As for Smackdown tomorrow... without going into spoiler detail, all I'll say is that WWE creative was on FIRE. There must have been a hell of a lot of booze and coke backstage, because they couldn't possibly have booked the show sober.
