| Virtually any RPG: I *always* make sure that I'm at 100% before entering any dungeon or tough area. Not 80%, not 90%... full health, full magic. And if I'm really close to levelling up, I get that out of the way before entering the area. So basically I only go when I'm good and ready. Also, in one of the FIFA games... I don't think you can do it now, but a few years ago you could tackle the goalie as he was holding the ball - which almost always led to a red card. So if I *knew* I was losing the game with a few minutes to go and no chance at coming back, I just started to beat the crap out of the goalie. XD |

And this is how bored I was tonight... Adding soccer results to Wikipedia. Oh the shame. |

| Oh, I did that too but I think the first time I did that was more out of necessity than anything else. See, I didn't exactly have Float in my spell list when heading there... :\ ![]() |

| Kirby's Dreamland 3 I still preferred 2 compared to 3. The fact that 3 only came out when the SNES was on its death bed didn't exactly help matters either. Super Star > Dreamland 3 in my book. |

Gamepads render custom controls moot. ![]() When I used to have to use the keyboard, I always tried to set up Alt/Ctrl as B and A respectively for the NES. For the SNES, I used Insert/Delete for Y/B, Home/End for X/A, and PgUp/PgDn for L and R. Worked like a charm. ![]() (SNES config also worked for the Genesis, although I just did Delete/End/PgDn for A/B/C, and then used the above row if X/Y/Z was needed.) |

Yeah... Most of the good users have their ages in their profile. :\ If you really need to know how old someone is, check there. |

Actually, that's wrong. |
Over the past few months on Wikipedia, I've seen the NES and Super Mario 64 both highlighted as featured articles. There might even be one or two more that I forget/didn't check.

Actraiser wasn't part of that trilogy at all - it was its own series obviously, since the game did spawn a direct sequel. |
(Actraiser 2 wasn't THAT bad if you just liked action...)

That IS the rank for 10000/20000/etc. |
Basically if you wish, you can go right through all the board ranks until you hit 15000/25000/etc.

Kitten Yiffer: His "strategy", if you could even call it that, would be "putting in posts after midnight". |
Not really strategy, it's just when you post/decide to spree.

Magic Engine would have to be the emulator that runs it, and it's... rather simple to not pay for the emulator to begin with. |
(The compatibility rating is insanely high so I'd guess it works.)

I've always wanted to try one of the dozens of Shasta flavors but they don't have it here. |
![]() We have two different beers now with guarana in them. That's the combo you want... someone drinking and driving with booze and caffeine in their system.

There are other good TG-16 emulators out there, but... the TG-16/PCE emulation world is weird. You have the good emulators and then you have the great, top 10 overall among all emulators Magic Engine. |
It's insane and people don't like the cost aspect, I agree... but that's the way the cookie crumbles. :\I've always said I'll start supporting companies whenever I find a job. ![]()

The mere mention of 32nd notes is probably enough to see Anya running back to light songs. |
![]() Of course, I'll probably be one to talk later in the year, passing "Very Hard" songs on Mario Mix that'll probably be high 6's/low 7's DDR-wise. ![]() (restricted) | (restricted) | | ||||||||||||||||||||||
