| And we're not quite done yet with Live 8 concerts - Canada, Russia and Japan will likely all get their own concerts. Actually, it's a done deal with Canada - the announcement will be made tomorrow, and it's LIKELY going to be in Toronto. I'm holding out hope for Montreal but I'm not that optimistic. And since they will be in Canada at that time to practice for their upcoming tour, it's been strongly speculated that the Rolling Stones will be our headliner.  |

...So are any bars going to manage to skirt the ban if they decide to stop serving food, or never have before in the past?  Quebec's ban will likely come into effect on May 31, 2006 according to reports; that's coincidentally World No Tobacco Day. One wonders exactly if any exceptions will be given out, although considering how the health minister's been talking about the bill, that's highly unlikely. |

| Well, it's not like you're trading away your WHOLE faith... :\ But yeah. The Crystal Mines engine was at least used in one or two other Wisdom Tree games... I'm tempted to say Exodus and Joshua, and one/both of those games were direct Crystal Mines clones with added bible quizzes. |

I wouldn't mind seeing that tagboard wiped from his profile... the argument that it's "off the board" is irrelevant since where are you viewing it... yeah... on the board. :\ No real big loss anyways if it goes. |

 Maybe a filet of fish in a burger bun... that could work. I haven't been to McD's in a long time. Most of my meals are at home so I get a steady flow of nutrition without too much junk. But then, of course, I eat the junk at night. :\

Ziff: How does that work in the winter? Because here, I could see some restaurants downtown doing that, but bars... hm. Lots of the outdoor patios are in the back of bars and I can't exactly see how they'd manage that feat. |
Based on what I've read, however, the conventional wisdom is that smoking would still be allowed on patios whenever a place of business decides to set them up. That's likely why the ban's coming in effect on May 31, when the weather's warmed up... as opposed to January 1, which would see a hell of a profit drop over the winter.

...Well, that's the first *bad* review I've seen of the game to be perfectly honest. :\ From what I know, it's definitely not a kiddy game - heck, it *is* rated Teen. |
I need to try it out sometime. The concept looks really interesting and it's always nice to see SOMEONE make platformers for the PC. | ||||||
