Tell me about it.  Yes, the PS2 was in third place graphics-wise (and you could argue exclusive-wise), but it's the same flipping game. The mechanics are exactly the same, so unless you had 2/3 systems and wanted to pick and choose... |

| If this wasn't important, then we wouldn't have all the TV networks switching to coverage of the death and we wouldn't hear talk about this possibly being one of the biggest gatherings of heads of state (for the funeral) of all time. Bottom line is, this Pope was one of the most influencial of all time, the second-longest reigning Pope and a man who was loved by many. I can understand not agreeing with some of his policies, but he was an incredibly charming and smart man; he certainly didn't have a lacklustre reign. And I dare any future Pope to even try and match his total number of trips. He will be greatly missed, and whoever takes over has pretty big shoes to fill. The last World Youth Day the Pope did was Toronto in 2003 - his third official visit to Canada, actually. You could tell he was getting weaker but it was still great to see him showing up and trying his hardest to show strength to the youths assembled. |

| It's not like the space costs THAT much in bulk. :\ Plus the vast majority of users don't even use the space so it ends up being a moot point in many cases. Sympatico's trying to switch everyone to using Hotmail-based e-mail instead of their old POP servers. I've held out so far. |

| This is the only Pope that I'd guess 99.99% of the board members know of, so of course it's going to be shocking when he passes away. He's pretty much "the guy" that people think of when they think of religious leaders. And add to that all his travels and all the lives that he touched (including going to several places that no Popes dared to go before) and you could make a pretty good argument that he *did* affect the lives of several people. Stop trolling, Kario; if those are your opinions, then I'd keep them to yourself. Official (and final) warning. |
