FF1 is harder and I found it so until you figure out one little thing... certain spells can be stacked.  A couple of Haste spells will show that. |

| I wouldn't worry about Nintendo just yet. You have nothing to lose from going into E3 with no info about your new system; you have everything to lose if it doesn't go over well. I know they don't want to give away everything at once, but if the system isn't playable or if it doesn't create a buzz, then you can worry. If nothing else, they'd better have the next Mario at the show.  |

| I think it's a definite grey area. If you want to go by what's copyrighted/what isn't, then the game files themselves would be copyrighted; however, the eAthena system is totally legit if it was coded from the ground up. So short of changing every single file... |

| The DS is only silver unless you end up painting it/modding it/whatever. I'd prefer a green version with white buttons myself. Or a metallic green. Maybe dark blue/white... yeah... good combos. |

 I didn't know that's how the source was released.I definitely think it's a really grey area because I've never heard of a case where a developer released source code, allowed people to download it and then gobbled it right back up. Doesn't fit any public licenses that I know of. |

| Just a side note here - we only briefly touched on evolution at my high school. We needed to know what it was obviously, but it was never a huge topic and was never a subject of debate here either. Of course, that was back when we could still teach Religion (termed as such) in schools. |
