| I don't know about the PR thing - this year was the best for baseball in recent memory, with close playoff races and the fans turning out in droves. I think that they need to keep it under control before it becomes a huge fiasco that affects the fanbase though. |

Depends what you'd consider to be an "addiction" If it's something like "Whenever I'm home, I'm on the computer/etc" then I'd simply suggest to either spend more time with friends, on the phone, reading, playing board games, listening to music, etc. If it's "I'm always on the computer/etc and shun friends for it", then... oh boy. First thing you need to do there is make sure that you get out of the house a few times a week, aside from school. Hang out with friends, take a walk, do some shopping, go for a bite to eat... just get some fresh air and a change in surroundings. You could also try to set up a schedule - for example, you'll set aside some time each day to do other leisure activities, homework, etc. |
