| I suppose there's a social aspect to it, and it's more pronounced on private servers (which generally have their own mods and communities) as opposed to public servers. Try walk around in Prontera in iRO - You'll drown in the shop balloons.  |

The picture of innocence.The jury's out, I guess. It's one thing to make a minor TOS change that only pisses off 10 people, it's another thing if it ends up ticking off 10% of your userbase.

I think Australia has the strictest video game rating board around - for those of you who don't know, if the game breaks any of their taboos, it's banned. Same for movies/etc. |

 Well, the snow doesn't help but still.Canada might be a bit more loose with laws as was mentioned, but it's not THAT much different from the States. Closest thing to Canada in the States would be Vermont.

Yeah, but it all depends on where you are in the world. Some games have had special versions released in Australia to conform with standards. |
Canada, as far as I know, just follows the standard ESRB rating.
