I only scratched the surface of FFTA but the yellow/red card system is tremendous.  Yeah, that line's in the prologue. The translation isn't bad but... if that was in the Japanese version...  Why not wait to get a DS in 6 weeks?  |

Well that's just your fault for ordering the Premium Pack, isn't it?  The commercial... eh. It just didn't feel like Mortal Kombat although it's about as much as they could get away with. BTW, each character has 2 fatalities and 1 suicide fatality/Hari Kiri. |

...Um, everything that happens in the ring IS fake to a point. Matches are usually planned out with certain spots/etc. |
Now, there will be the odd injury/cut/what have you in the ring due to a bad landing or a wayward punch, but in *most* cases, it's controlled. (An apparent example of it not being controlled would be the Kensuke Sasaki vs. Yoshihiro Takayama match in NJPW a few months ago that put Takayama on the shelve with internal injuries.) Apparently the voting at Taboo Tuesday is going to be done completely on the fly during the show itself. Oy. Now, Vince wouldn't *fix* a vote, would he?
