| Why do you have to type like this? It is annoying. Anyway, in the overworld editor, click Layer 2 Event Mode. Press Pageup and when you can't make anymore paths, delete all the paths. Also note that you will have to set the levels to make the path appear in the Layer 1 editing mode. And read the help file... please... |

| ...sounds fairly familiar to Yoshi's Island... a few levels in that did exactly what you want in SMW... Hmmm... I would try to look in Yoshi's Island and see what that does. Maybe it could help... then again, to do that they used a sprite... so... And what makes it harder is the fact you could have a whole lot of ExGFX files in a hack and to decide what ExGFX files loads up in what slot would be a pain... although making it to where the palette and header are could be done if you used the original palette and graphics only... |

| ...yes... I just recently got this game, and am hooked on it... My house so far is filled with a whole bunch of Harvest stuff. I was playing it Thanksgiving... My brother and sister like to play this game. My brother plays games like Halo 2 and Dead or Alive, but he likes Animal Crossing. This game is not for just kids, but for everyone... Can't wait for it to come out for the DS. I could then play it at school... |

| ...well, yeah, the game is kind of old, but there hasn't been a discussion of it... or so I think... For those of you that have not heard of the show, Ed, Edd n Eddy is a show about three friends who try to scam the kids in their neighborhood to get money for jawbreakers. They usually fail, though... The game is sort of a different story. The Eds are trying to scam the kids for raffle tickets for a box of jawbreakers that are supposed to last forever. The gameplay is... platformer/puzzle. You have to use all three Eds to go through the level's obstacles and make it to the end. The Eds have different abilities and can pick up items for the other Eds. Edd can use wrenches to fix fire hydrants so the others could go across. Ed can push wheelburrows. Eddy can double jump, finding valuable items. Think of the game as... a Lost Vikings game... I just got this game yesterday and I like the way it works. The graphics of the game are of that of the show. The outlines of the characters move as they do in the show. Their shading is the exact same as the show. The animations are exactly the same as the show, not cut off or anything. This game is just another episode of the very great Ed, Edd n Eddy cartoon, which is nice since it is my favorite show... So, anyone else played this game? |

Now I am on level 2... Beginning. I fixed the tiles at the top of the screen, so don't complain.  A new Rex. It is some robot thing...  When it is squished. Oh, and I named my hack. I got the name from a friend. It is now called Not So Mario World. |

| So... Jason, you are 17 years old? You type and act like an 10 year old. First off, I will definitly agree with DarkSlaya. You have been making spamming posts and also think you are better than everyone. If you are better than anyone else, then prove it, don't say it. Besides, you thinking you are better than anyone else is proving to us you don't play any other hacks out there. I can assure you, there are a whole lot better hacks out there worth my time and consideration, and when there are hacks out there, play them. You will see what has and has not been done. You could be original in your hacks, but you never know unless you play other hacks. Second, I don't care that you hate the PokeCommunity. It is just a message board. Sheesh. Your upset over a lousy message board? That is just pitiful. Really. If you get mad at a message board, then you really have issues. Let me put it this way: Acmlm's Board is a good board, yet if I did something stupid and I was banned, I would not spam the board, create another account, or go to another board and complain about the board you were banned from. I would be banned because I needed to get banned. I don't get mad over some programming code someone made. I would get mad if someone accused me of murder or something, but over a message board? | I am not getting one. Why? First off, instead of cartridges the PSP uses discs. Now wouldn't that cause load times and also, the discs could get scratched? For a handheld, not good. Second, the controller layout is way too similar to the PSOne and PS2. Therefore, this will cause even more games to use the same controller layout. Third, I don't think battery life will last long. I believe that the PSP uses AA or AAA batteries, so you would probably end up spending more for batteries alone then buying games. And if it varies for the game you are playing, then the 2D games will last for 8 hours while the uber-graphical 3D games will last 4 hours... not very well planned. Also, what about using the wireless feature? That could drain even more battery life. And I bet Sony will release Sony batteries so they could make more money... Fourth... I already have a DS...  Now I am not saying that this isn't going to be a good system, but I am really concerned with battery life. The DS can have up to 10 hours of gameplay for every 4 hours of charging for up to 500 charges, then battery life is only 70% (which means 7 hours of gameplay). If the PSP is only having 4-8 hours battery life varying for each game, that will just be... too little gameplay. Plus looking at the games that are going to be available, it looks too similar to the PS2's game library... EDIT: Let's see... Gran Turismo 4 and Gran Turismo 4 Mobile... if you have it for the PS2, why get it for the PSP? (edited by Xmas-ic13 on 12-22-04 12:06 PM) |

| Well, I am trying to think... If you hold down Y, Yoshi sticks out his toungue, but then he won't stick out his toungue until you let go of Y and press it again. So, as knuck was trying to tell us, we need to find the code for when the button is pressed and we won't have to worry about when the button is held. I don't know if it is possible, though. I am not good with controller functions... |

| ...now here is my debate about these game systems. First off, the PS2 and the XBox can play DVDs, right? Now, why on earth would you buy a gaming system? To play games. See, you are spending more money for something you already have at home probably. The Gamecube does not have a DVD player but it is cheaper. So... you are pretty much paying for a DVD player also. The PSP will have this same effect, too. You will pay more for discs (as discs cost more than cartridges... I think), a MP3 player, and a movie player. Meanwhile the DS, you are only paying for a gaming system. But also, it goes for preference... if you like the DS or PSP, you like it. If you don't you don't. There will always be people not agreeing with you (I am sure people are not agreeing with me right now...). Don't get angry over a stupid opinion because it isn't fact, just opinion. |

| Well, in the issue of NP I have the screenshots of the game are very great and detailed for a 2D game. The funny thing is that the person who talked about it said it isn't a kiddie game as you have to constantly keep moving and drawing stuff. Plus, with it being 2D, they could make more levels than a standard 2D game... I think/hope. I like Yoshi. Besides Kirby (nobody, and I mean NOBODY can be better than him) Yoshi is IMO the best video game character ever. Putting him in another game is great. Sure he is in SM64DS, but not as the main character. I can't wait till this game is released so I could get this. Then all I really have to wait for is Animal Crossing... |
